Closing my account because of the service received from this branch. Unhelpful and combative, if you deal in cash I would avoid this branch and bank, they are super picky with what constitutes and acceptable bill vs a non acceptable bill, and they offered advice that Huntington Customer Service said was not correct. Good luck if you’re looking for helpful advice or customer service if you have a question.

The girls here are absolutely amazing. I couldnt find a way home because i had cash and no card so they went above and beyond to help me absolutely appreciate them. For sure going to get a bank account with them. Thank you Ellen amd Adrianna.

Terrible customer service. They make up their own policies and does not actually follow by the company policy. I have had a Huntington account for 15 years and have never had any issues with any other branches except this one. Wouldn't recommend going here!

There is not one time I have dealt with Huntington that anyone has been professional, or competent. The policies of the bank are intended to ensure that the customer is of last concern. One girl who they put in charge of safe deposit boxes insisted I sit down before she would even acknowledge me, even though i explained I needed to stand because of a bad back. She refused to talk with me. She did not know any of the policies about safe deposit boxes. She attempted to force me to pay for a box that I was closing out. She then took me to the boxes and had no idea how to access them -- even to the point of asking ME how to access them. My son went in to cash a Huntington Bank check issued by a business in Columbus. They insisted that he MUST have 2 forms of ID. He is 19 years old and has a driver's license but no credit card. They then insisted that he MUST bring in his Social Security Card. Of course, by federal law, they cannot REQUIRE that he use his Social Security Card for identification. But by there own policies, they were refusing to cash their own check if he did not submit to their violation of federal law. Pathetic excuse for a bank -- NEVER BANK WITH THIS CREW OF MISFITS.

I have been a Huntington Customer for years, I have went to this particular office a few years ago, and had the same experience. However, I thought I would give it another try. I live in Plain City. I usually drive to the Hayden Run Huntington, they are wonderful there. ALWAYS HAPPY. Not this office. I dont know if it is the area, or what, but ugh. I was told if you were a Huntington customer that you can fax for free. So I was in the west jeff area, I didnt want to stop, however, it was close and all I had to do is fax tax documents to the state. Didn't think it was a big deal right? wrong. I was in line, looked over and seen a fax machine and thought oh, thats nice, they leave it there for your convenience, no sign to say do not use or office use only, nothing. So I walk over and start faxing, waiting about 10 minutes with no confirmation, I faxed again. A Banker name Shelley walked out of her office, like I was stealing, embarrassed me and yelled like I was a little child instead of saying hey miss Im sorry you cant use that, she yanks my papers out of my hands, forcefully, and said hey what are you doing, you cant do that... first of all, you are not to place your hands on me . period. I responded with I am faxing, and was told if your a customer you could do it for free. She said yeah your trying to fax something I cant see? what in the heavens is going on here???? I felt like a victim of robbery or something, I was just faxing, and didnt want to bother people as they looked busy... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, it is assault to take peoples property from them, no matter the case, She needs a new job, or to get laid, either way. she is a horrible customer service rep, However, as I said, I have been a customer of Huntington, and Love the customer service at Hayden Run and Britton Parkway. And will keep my business there.
