I’ve been to many tire shops and auto service stores, but this one is by far the most friendly and honest. I got an oil change, brand-new brakes, and a full set of four tires, all completed in under an hour. The price was very fair, and the owner was extremely professional and trustworthy.

I'm actually a resident of Hilliard and was heading home from West Jefferson when my tire went completely flat. I had a spare and a 4-way tire iron, but no jack. The gentleman at Midwest Transmission offered to help me change the tire, free of charge, stating that he doesn't want to leave me stranded. I can't thank him and their company enough for helping me get my tire changed in a matter of minutes while my car sat in an adjoining parking lot. Positive attitudes, great work ethic, reliable! I highly recommend them!!!!

I had them rebuild my transmission. I went discussed the project they gave me a budget and were able to start on it quickly and communicated with my while going through the project. My transmission ended needed a bit more work than initially anticipated. They explained what parts and extra labor were needed and we moved forward highly recommend them I will be having them service my transmissions in the future
