“I am delighted to report that auto shops run by auto enthusiasts is not a myth! The people at Preformance Auto were knowledgeable, concerned, and vested in finding the cause and solution of my 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse's trouble. Their kindness was only matched by their commitment to excellence that I learned is a family trait that has obviously become the company's core principle. - Excellent in every way- !!”

“It was a real good visit there was one particular person that helped us out a lot and he seemed to be in demand perhaps they should think about giving him a raise because he was really good and they kept taking him away from us however it was a good positive visit at least four if not maybe I should have given a five maybe”
“This was a very unfortunate morning as I was on my way to work sitting at the traffic light on West Broad and Hilliard Rome when my Jeep was destroyed by another vehicle. I gave woodys a call because I knew they were close by because I ride past them every day. They responded quickly and were there in no time to get my vehicle out of the road. The driver was very friendly, stayed in constant communication with me until he arrived, and made sure I was good after getting the vehicle up on the truck. I have to say this was the first experience I’ve had with a towing company that was this fast and efficient. The driver even made sure to get any broken parts and stuff out of the road. I have read a few reviews, but let me say this: reviews often make our minds up for us when we decide if we should choose a company or not, and sometimes people have very negative things to say. Please, please learn to give people a chance and see for yourself. Everyone’s experience is different woodys did a great job this morning taking care of me, and I’m proud to say anytime I need a towing company, they will be the first one I call. Looking for a good towing company call woodys I received the best service ever. Thanks woody for making my crazy morning go much smoother.”

“I stopped by the shop this morning for a concern I had with my tire pressure light and my check engine light. They had me right in and checked my air pressure and the codes on my Jeep. Rick was so kind and educated me on some other concerns I had. Everyone in the business was super nice. It's hard to find service like this nowadays, but they knocked it out of the park. Thank you Rick and team!!”
