This quaint facility can occupy up to 49 guests for weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, class reunions, instructional classes, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, baby showers, sports parties, paint parties, holiday parties, graduation parties, surprise parties, and more. Fantastic building! Great prices. Full kitchen & bathroom. Plenty of tables & chairs. Nice and clean. Will definitely use it again!

$50 for 3 hrs. Then 10 an hr after that.. Great place alot of tables and chairs and a furnished kitchen. I highly recommend this place for birthday parties, baby showers, etc. Can have about 50 to 60 people max.
