I had my piano loan on autopay with this company. The monthly payment was $1117.87 but the initial principal balance was not the monthly payment x 12. It was actually supposed to be 6 cents less due to rounding adjustments. I thought my final autopay payment to pay off the loan would be $1117.81 but they charged $1117.87. I got a letter stating the loan was paid off. However, no activity statement showing how my payments were allocated was provided. When I finally realized they skimmed 6 cents off me and I called to get a refund, they said they only refund if it's more than $1.00.What does this mean for everyone? This basically means that EVERY customer that pays their loan with autopay gets skimmed a few cents at the very end. It might not seem like much, but multiply this across thousands of unknowing customers and you're basically asking for a class action lawsuit.

I am also a victim of this scam. I "purchased" a hydrogen water system from a company called Trusii. They were to repay my monthly payments in exchange for my participation in a case study to validate the health claims of H2 water. They arranged a loan with what is now UMWSB to pay for the very expensive system that I would otherwise not have purchased. I participated every month. Until my system broke. I received authorization from Trusii to stop filling my monthly requirements until they replaced or repaired my system, but received reassurance that they would continue to send me my monthly reimbursement. I received 2 and then they stopped. And they would not repair or replace my system without charging me. The contract calls for them to maintain the system. When I reached out to UMWSB they denied any responsibility and as others have said they offered to restructure the loan with 0 interest but absolving them from any liability. So I am stuck making monthly payments for a system that doesn't work. And UMWSB did not do a valuation on the system or check the backgrounds of the officers at Trusii. It is disheartening to see other banks step up and forgive the loans while those of us with UMWSB are stuck.

I was suckered into a ponzi scheme by Trusii water and now I'm stuck with the the monthly payments, broken water machine that Trusii won't fix and this bank won't work with me for the broken water system. They are part of a ponzi scheme and won't take responsibility.

Here is a bank that lacks integrity. As dozens, if not hundreds of their customers began to realize they were all victims of a ponzi scam from Trusii hydrogen water, United Midwest Savings Bank of Ohio did nothing to help. In fact, they only attempted to protect themselves by tricking customers into signing a loan amendment that would make them immune to any future liability. Such a dirty trick! Several other banks, after learning of the scam, quickly ran to the aid of their customers, providing relief from their loans and suing Trusii. Instead, UMSB has sought to screw their customers with a sneaky offer of eliminating future interest on the remaining balance, so we are still stuck with the loan so both the bank and Trusii are off the hook! They have enabled Trusii who is still attempting to find new victims. They are complicit in the scam, as they did not investigate the owners Jeff Taraday and Chris Kennedy, who we now know had prior history of fraud. The bank chose to do business with them, amounting to millions of dollars, and made the whole scam possible. No integrity from this bank, and if you are their customer, don't expect them to stick their neck out for you if it will cost them a buck!

This company is part of a Ponzi scheme that was started by Chris Kennedy and Jeff Taraday called Trusii!! United Midwest savings Bank is aware of this since they say they know nothing about it and I know of at least 300 people that have been ripped off by them and do not have anything to do with this company or anyone that deals with this company! I have called several times sent emails and let them know what is going on and they refuse to listen. I am now forced to go to the news and social media to get someone to listen and take responsibility at this bank. I have contacted the FBI, FTC, BBB, Attorney General and all the local news stations to not let anymore innocent victims get pulled into this. All of the other 4 banks who were involved with Trusii have reversed and loans and forgiven the victims. They saw they did not do their due diligence before deciding to work with Trusii. This bank is the last holdout.
