“Just picked my truck up and the repair looks good. It was a pretty signicant repair. Including door skins and rear cab pillar and a bedside. The bedside was kinda mounted crooked the first time I went to pick it up. I brought to thier attention and they kept it and redid the work which I'm sure was significant. They must have been mad about me not accepting the truck the first time because it definitely wasnt detailed. Dust everywhere inside the truck, in the bed. I like how they handle everything but how dirty the truck was delivered back to me.”

I was told that the only wipers for my 2020 Infinity was 40.00 each. and they could not help with installation. I immediately call the Autozone store on S. Main, Englwood, OH. The attendant, named Keeton Longstett, was more than accommodating , Very professional, informative in providing various pricing options and wasted no time in assisting with installation. “These guys here are absolutely amazing !!!! We have been looking for one of these vans for 2 months . We have ran into several problems with damages and problems getting financed. The hardest thing for us was purchasing a vehicle site unseen and trusting a dealership my husband reached out to these guys through email to a Mr. Justin Smith the next day at 9am he reached out to us and asked if he could help us . After explaining the troubles and road blocks we have received he informed us it wasn't an issue and asked if we found one we were interested in . We let him know which one we were looking at and he had the finance manger Mr. Dan called within the hour . He got us approval , good interest rate and a great warranty and delivery on a 2014 van we live 8 hours away from them . If you are looking to by one I highly recommend Mr justin smith . It is amazing at how well these gentlemen went above and beyond to help us in a matter of 6 hours we had the van bought wish we would have met these guys 2 months would have saved me time and headache thank you guys so much gonna love road trips in my new van !!!!!!!!”

“I hit a deer a few weeks ago and took my truck to Beau Townsend collision for an estimate. They were quick to produce the estimate and it was fair and easy to understand. I called back a couple days later and asked to set up the repairs. They got the parts ordered and I was able to take the truck in about a week and a half later. The repairs were done in about a week. Truck looks like brand new! Couldn't ask for a better looking job! Thanks for getting my truck fixed and back on the road quickly! I bought the truck new from Beau Townsend Ford in 2012 and they have had it ever since for service and now body repairs. All-in-all I've been pretty pleased with the service! Thanks again!”

“Had trouble getting my antifreeze cap off so drove to O'Reilly here in town to get help. I purchased the antifreeze and the sales clerk was very helpful in getting the cap off. He stayed outside in the cold with me until the antifreeze was was working in bringing heat thru the vents. I was so relieved. Thanked the guy who took the time to make sure I would be safe & especially warm.”
