A relative has been a long time well taken care of customer of Action Towing, so when I felt a slight vibration while braking in my Ford Ranger I took it in for a diagnosis. The problem is warped rotors on the front wheels, and while they could have said I need new brakes right away, as I’m sure a dealership would have done and I would have believed because I don’t have the knowledge to know otherwise, they said I might want to wait to replace everything since the brake pads also have to be replaced when replacing the rotors and mine are still perfectly good. As long as I don’t mind the slight vibration I can wait on replacement until the brake pads are worn further. How refreshing. I will be taking my truck there for all of its future needs and I will be recommending to family and friends. We need more businesses like Action Towing and Repair.”
