“I called Saturday afternoon to order flowers for a close family friend who had a death in her family. I told the lady that answered the phone, I wanted something bright & beautiful that would lift her spirits. I gave her the name of a bouquet I liked but told her to use her discretion and create something special. She said, "I got it". I asked if she would be the one making the bouquet and she said yes.. I asked her to put all of her love into it, and she assured me she would. Our friend was in awe of the beautiful flowers & send me a picture. Not only did she create an amazing bouquet, but to my surprise, she was also able to get it delivered the same day. Jans Flowers exceeded all my expectations & I'm a pretty discerning customer.”

“Definitely my favorite Kroger by far. Typically has a good selection of fresh meat and seafood although today the crab legs were looking a little sad and the king crab was insanely priced (though not far from typical for the season) my only complaint would be one of the meat&seafood clerks who was condescending and rude towards another clerk… who clearly just wanted to do his job without her berating him and breathing down his neck. I believe her name was Brenda. She didn’t even care that I was standing right there. The poor guy was trying to just do his job (which he did fine) and she kept arguing with him even with me standing right there. I could feel her aggression so intensely myself that I wanted to run away screaming. I can’t imagine how stressful it must be to work with her. The man honestly deserves a medal for being able to tolerate her all day without opening a vein. #ChillBrenda”
