“This store should be a customer service model for all businesses. The minute you walk in someone asks if they can help you find something. The staff is always knowledgable about whatever you ask of them. This store always seems to have whatever I need. Some items are a little pricier than the big stores but I've also found many times their prices were cheaper than Lowes - and it is certainly worth the convenience of not having to drive to Huber Heights or Trotwood. This store and its staff are outstanding in every respect.”

“Great overall experience. I live about an hour away from C&C and made the drive because of their quality inventory they had in stock. I was immediately greeted by Conner when I went in and asked if I needed any help. To be honest, I had done most of my research online before I went in and already knew what mower I wanted. But it was nice to be able to pick Conners brain and hear about his first hand experiences with the mower I was looking at. He took the time to show me around the mower, showed me how everything operated, and even explained the maintenance schedule to me. I bought the mower and couldn't be happier. I was so overly impressed with the service, I even left with a leaf blower that I didn't even know I needed. I will recommend this place to all my friends that need a mower. Who knows, maybe I might just send them that way to buy a hat. Either way, you can't fo wrong dealing with C&C, they are great in my book.”

“I just want to share that Sharon in the plumbing department is an absolute angel! We purchased our first home and of course everything seems to be falling apart! It’s 700 pm on a Saturday night and we get a pinhole leak in our hot water pipe leading to the washer we’re trying to install..we race over to Home Depot in hopes we can fix it ourselves before calling Roto Rooter again!! Sharon was so helpful and kind, we showed her pics of the situation and she shared her knowledge with us. She even took time finding the copper pipe cutter we would need. Your ?, ?, dry wall tape, duck tape, numbers & letters for your ? extra plug in plugs for light socket, build a light kits, painting supplies, Extension cords, A Wall of metal drawers full of nuts, bolts, nails, findings, screws, clamps to fix anything, things you need and Could Not find Anywhere Close (? I have store photos above) So, If they don't have it he will get it for you.. #It will take SOME *TIME ⏰ But, quality items in this day and age, DOES Take Time (it will get here) Our mailing system is not what it use to be at all. Big corp wants good stores like this not to survive. Not get good quality things at their fingers to buy. This store has to deal with speciality USA companies like themselves, to order your things. Not a big Corp. store. The people work at a slower pace to fill a order not this store. Then Mail is slow...I really liked this store. I find what I need and more. I like supporting our small businesses that are LEFT for us to shop. You will too if you keep in mind they try to do for others.Their is Knowledgeable people running this Home Town Store.. It's Clean, well organized & friendly. A Great find Here in the Town of Brookville, Ohio.”

“Update: we stopped at Lowe's today looking at gas ranges. We bought one because; We wanted one They had what we were looking for They were 40% off Lowe's gave me an additional 10% off because I'm a veteran. Lowe's- still 5 outta 5!! I've been to this Lowes a hundred times if I've been once. Once I bought all new windows for my house here, that was a $25,000 spend. Over the past 25 years I've bought lawn tractors, plywood, oak boards, trim sticks, cement, treated lumber, dishwashers, floor tile, toilets, sinks, kitchen cabinets, dimensional lumber, a myriad of bolts, screws and fasteners. The list goes on.... Today I bought some eye bolts, pine sticks, rubber bungees and dish soap. I needed some help trying to select a vinyl flooring glue and the applicator so I pushed the help button and an employee was there in about a minute. He helped me figure out what I needed quickly. Lowes employees are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Just ask any employee where something is- they always know!!! Plus, as a veteran I get 10% off everything! I'm a big fan!”
