“Some things good as is some not worth having some good after modifying but cheap enough at least you can like a big kids candy shop back in the 60s when they sold penny candy. Prices have went up but still cheaper than bigbox stores they still have the the membership you can do at $29.95 which works if you go alot and they have the things you want on it. Think of it as buying a prepaid gift card until you saved $30 then it starts saving you money”

“I bought a freezer from them almost 2 years ago, I purchased the extended warranty plan for it. It quit working around May 31, 2024. I called the warranty company, they got everything going on their end. Had to go to the store with some info, Nathan was working, he got everything going to help me out. They gave me money for food loss and I now have a new freezer..Nathan went above and beyond my expectations to help me with things..I have had a few bad issues with Lowe's, but his efforts have really made up for them ...Thank you Nathan and Taylor”

“My wife and I are disabled. Our life here recently hasn’t been easy. Our car broke down and financially we can’t afford to get it fixed. We just recently moved to Troy and don’t really know anyone here. My wife has several health issues so naturally I checked the furnace filter in the apartment we just moved into being that it’s winter and most of our time is spent indoors. It was absolutely awful. I needed to get it replaced but couldn’t find a way to get anywhere. I called your store and asked to speak to a manager. I explained our situation to him. After some back and forth and making sure that you guys had the right filter he agreed to help us out. He went out of his way to get us a new filter for our heater. It’s so good to know that there are still great “hometown” small businesses that employ good quality people who care about their customers. True Value will definitely be our go-to from here on. Thank you to you and your awesome staff!!!”
