“I bought a freezer from them almost 2 years ago, I purchased the extended warranty plan for it. It quit working around May 31, 2024. I called the warranty company, they got everything going on their end. Had to go to the store with some info, Nathan was working, he got everything going to help me out. He told me to bring my edger in and he basically installed the belt. Every time I go in there I am impressed with their service.”
