Place is a joke. I worked there and was the only knowledgeable one on automotive. Devin is the best one there. But for prices go to advanced or autozone. O'Reilly is way over priced and there rewards program is weak.

Generally great place. Manager is friendly and informative wanting to satisfy customers. On last visit to replace a bad clutch master cylinder the girl that helped me was rude and had an attitude. Will never have her to help check out again. Three star was only because of her. Normally would be 5 star

I don't know who OReillys has working at this store, but they need to fix it. I was in the store last week, and I was looking around. While in the store, I heard 2 of their employees being very disrespectful and rude. They were very immature and very nasty with customers. I believe there names were Robert and Aiden or Hayden. I will not be coming back to that store unless you get competent, mature, employees who take their jobs way more seriously.Do better O'Reilly's in West Milton.
