“If I'm renting a van for for a week for that much money. I expected to be clean from the last renters trash. Left early in the morning and the window was fogged up and had a hard time seeing through it because it being dirty.Jake the young man that took care of me was most courteous. I appreciate him.”

“The facility itself is 5 stars.... but I gave it a four only because of the bullcrap policies the U-Haul companies has.... but when I did use the cargo van to move my belongings.... their policies was making it just a tad bit difficult in which I ended up getting frustrated with the customer service workers.... But I ended up apologizing right after because the issues had nothing to do with the workers and they were only doing their job in which I appreciate them for that”

“z and his team went above and beyond to help us! We were given the wrong trailer at pick up and had talked to 5 other people one who promised to call us back and never did. Finally got in contact with Z who helped us and got us what we needed and got the trailer hooked up for us and extended our rental to accommodate all the mishaps. He also was able to confirm everything when we called after trying to drop off the truck and the return place was trying to charger us an extra $400. We really appreciate all he did for us and definitely deserves all the praise.”
