“I have consistently had excellent experiences with this pharmacy. I have never encountered a situation where I had to wait for medication to be ordered, and typically, my prescriptions are ready for pickup within an hour of being called in. My wait time upon arrival to collect an order has rarely exceeded 10 minutes. The staff consistently demonstrates friendliness, speed, and efficiency.”

“Friendly staff, quick check-outs, easy too find stock. They sell pints; the cheapest is $3.70 (I believe); they have cigs, but only the major brands; no lighters, no cigars”
“Fast and friendly. They greet me by name every time I visit. Very knowledgeable staff. I was waiting 20 minutes at the big chains just to drop off my script and another 1-2 hours to get it filled. At Smiths I'm done and out the door in 15 minutes. I'd still be in the drop off line at the chain. Nice clean space with unique interesting gifts as well. They deliver for free when I can't get out. Prices are 30% better than the chains.”
“Honestly now a days going to get your meds is just absolutely atrocious at most pharmacies. But this particular one went above and beyond for me. I have been suffering from insomnia and my doctor called me in some meds a little late in the evening and was desperate to get them so I could sleep that evening. They were about to close but they hurried up and got them filled and let me come pick them up at right at close. I am not normally this kind of person. Closing hours are closing hours and working in retail I know thay better than anyone but I can even express the gratitude for these pharmacy techs that evening because I hadn't slept for days.”

I wish I knew all of their names but the exceptional ones I remember are Cory and, I think, Brian. I love going there. Sometimes they don't immediately have what I need but they let me know when it is supposed to get in and then they send an automated call to tell me when I can pick it up. I ❤️ Kroger Pharmacy”

“Each time I go to the CVS store located on Gallia Street in New Boston I am greeted by smiling employees who are very enthusiastic to help me locate any products and Ensure that every coupon did I have available is applied to my purchase at checkout. This store has so many products that some other CVS stores do not carry so I continue to drive up there for that reason and also because I just love the employees there!”
“Love this pharmacy. The service can be a little slow if you catch them at a busy time, other than that I have never had any issues. My whole family gets their prescriptions here and we really prefer this pharmacy over the other retail pharmacies in this area.”
“I love gahms pharmacy. ..they have always been so good with my mom and when I was in there every week for her...now my insurance makes me go to CVS and I hate that. “I love cvs but the one in downtown Portsmouth ohio is nice even thought the one curly haired blonde manager is very rude and acts as though some one is wrong for shopping and taking time to decide what they are going to buy and follows me throughout the store but if I asked where something is she has ignored me until she thinks I'm taking to much time shopping "the way me and quite a few others at different trips with me shopping have been treated " then abruptly and rudely says exactly where. They Isle is as I begin to uncofotably make my way to checkout with her on my heels without even asking if we needed any help other then that specific manager all the other employees seem to be very help and pleasant but also seem to feel uncomfortable with this specific managers actions of rude service and I feel like all the other stores are employees are wonderful and pleasant”
