We rent a small unit but it's very tall! Which was a huge bonus. The staff is very helpful and quick to answer all questions any time. Would highly recommend.

They are easy to contact. They did explain to me that there is no on site office that all is done online or over the phone. Very friendly. Has helped me through the move and has even stayed in contact with me making sure I have no issues or have any questions.

Very friendly service and quick o answer my questions very helpful full I high do recommend them . It's the firs storage place I've used in Ohio and I don't care this place is the only storage place that I will ever use they were terrific place im serious very good people caring and everything .you won't find a better place tha here I ill tell everyone I no abouthow good they really are and thank you very much .Pete Robinson

Ever since this company has taken over these units. It has been one issue after another. They say there is an on site manager. But there is no such person to be contacting. On site means on site. No such person is ever on site! And the price gouging is getting to be ridiculous. Every time you turn around they're raising the prices. The facility isn't maintained very well. And still yet after 2 years their security camera is pointing towards the ground. I could go in detail with different issues I've had with this company. But I would be writing a book here. They had recently sent a message saying they were raising the rent again. To $107 and some odd cents. Then within a blink of an eye they just sent another message saying they are gonna charge me $114 and some odd cents. And mind you I have my own private insurance. I absolutely will not go through them with the insurance of they're choice. I rented off the previous owner of this business for years with absolutely no issues. For $53 a month. And the place was always well maintained. And you was always met with a smile. You could actually go to the office and pay your bill. Seems from talking to lawyers and detectives over passed issues they are not only somewhat running a monopoly buying all these facilities. But there's been alot of shadyness going on from the get go. And I myself can testify to this myself.

Thanks to the nice team that called me back immediately with the info I was looking for. They offered excellent customer service. The lady and the guy Austin were very professional. I wasn't sure at first if the ad was a scam. Thanks for the reassurance!

I called and rented a storage unit on 7/19/2023. They took the money from my bank, emailed me a lock code, I loaded up my car and bought a new lock. But when I got to the unit it had more than one lock on it, and the code they sent me didn’t work for either lock. Apparently it was after business hours (even though google stated differently), so I came home unloaded my car and called the next day. I spent almost 2 days trying to get someone to help me get into the unit. They do not have a local site manager that is able to meet you at the facility and help in these situations. I have been waiting on a “3-5 day”refund since 7/21/2023. Two “different” people, and i honestly this it was the same person not wanting to admit it have been supposed to call me back. So frustrating! I wanted someone to get me in the unit, not the refund anyways!!
