This place has went so down hill. It had been really nice for a while and looked great after the remodel/inventory. Now it's just a mess. Half the stuff is empty or on the floor. My 5 month old accidentally spit up on the floor so I asked for paper towels to clean it. When I asked if I could throw the towels away in the trash can the women said OH NO! Because she didn't want to smell it all day. It's baby throw up?! She finally let me throw it away, was I supposed to take it with me?? At least I didn't make them clean it up and it's not like they couldn't change the trash. Heaven for bid a kid actually does throws up, they're not going to know what to do. I hurried up and just went to check out and the boy working acted like he was just miserable. He didn't say anything besides do I want my receipt. Absolutely no customer service at all. I didn't see them doing anything besides checking out a few customers. It's no wonder the place looks the way it does and you cant use short staffed as an excuse when you're doing nothing in-between customers.

Very convenient! Everything is literally a dollar or less, it's amazing I love shopping here!

I don't have a problem with the merchandise. My problem is when you walk up to the door of the store it is very dirty. You almost turn around and leave. Management needs to address this. The whole front end of this store needs to be cleaned. It has been this way for sometime. I have been to other dollar tree stores and they are not like this one.

The staff here is rude and ignores its customers. There is no friendly wave or smile while walking in the store or interacting with staff. The worst was a member named Tina who wore a management badge. Sign on door says masks required but she is walking around with mask around her chin or as I saw once no mask at all. The store is dirty and cluttered and the outside signage faded and peeling. The dollar tree in west union is the worst I’ve seen.

Got most things I needed, very rarely am I able to get the items I need here due to employees not stocking shelves as required.

They stay having a hiring paper on the door before you walk in idk how many times I have called to get a job, I felt like this place would be good for me because of my anxiety, and social issues. I feel like they are very rude when you call and ask.
