It can be very troublesome. The drivers are excellent for the most... whoever the male dispatcher is, needs something terrible to effect his life and even better his lonely blacke soul. 95% your able to get thransportsion from any other dispatcher you talk to. The male saids "No" to every trip requested when you can call right back get a different dispatcher and have your ride you requested at your location lickety split. He's the epitome Evil. He creates bad dreams for people in his free time. I bet. Please leave Frs you lame, all I know is "No". Please

I paid a month pass here in the understanding that anytime I needed a ride to call and schedule one but everytime I call to get a ride to get necessities they give excuses why they can't.I was told by someone that medical is more important to them because they make more money charging people's medical cards than thier normal rates.

I only give 3 stars because I've only had one experience with them this far. I will be using them in the future and will update accordingly. Dispatchers are decent, driver was decent and I got where I was going and home again with minimal hassle. The turnaround time for returning home leaves something to be desired but sometimes that can't be helped.

Called for ride today for very important purpose. Had to wait an hour for pick-up. Hour and half no driver. By now it's almost too late. I call and driver would never make it in time. I could have been doing other tasks instead of waiting for nothing!Very affordable. They need to be more consistent on pick up time. Drivers will show up around same time for many days then one will come early and I miss ride to work as they beep then drive away. Has happened many times now.

Been using for nearly a year I’ve had dozens of occasions where they show up hours early and leave moments later and several where I had a schedualed pick up and they just didn’t show even times where they changed the price after picking me up
