I am so sorry to give a low review, but currently I am stuck in the automated car wash. They are not answering the phone. I paid $10 for the max car wash, pulled in. It started the presoak, but then the panel with “Enter/Stop//Back Up/Pre Soak/Wash Rinse/Clear Coat/Spot Free” stopped being lit. Then it went to “Enter”. After about 5 minutes it went dark.The metal panel in front of my tire is still up. Pretty sure I could back up and get out, but not sure if a panel or bar are up behind me (that happened at a different one when I backed up. Not doing that without knowing this time.The vacuum closest to the dumpster also had no power to suck up the dust I was trying to take care of inside. $11 lost.

Used automatic car wash and had to wash it by hand anyway. I paid 10 for the maximum wash. It didn't work at all! I tried to call to request a refund. But the number is out of order!Service: Auto detailing

Paid for the $10 top wash, entered the wash and all doors came down. The mechanism for washing moved to the rear of my vehicle as it sprayed the pre-wash over my entire vehicle, but that's where everything stopped. No new directions lit on the front light bar, the machine just sat there .... nothing. After nearly 3-4 minutes, I was able to confidently drive slowly out of the wash bay.

Always use the automatic wash. Does a good job cleaning my car.

Tried to go through the automatic wash and paid $10 it did not work. Tried calling number to only get fax machine. No way to contact to get money back or at least get vehicle washed.

Honestly they ain't keeping up with maintenance besides refilling the machines there machines panels needs a touch up there starting to ware and tear and the auto car wash is at a decent price but I would suggest self cleaning your car n there vacuums work fine overall its a good place just don't advise using the automatic car wash

Nice car wash. Big wash bays. Needs attention to the money panel on the automatic car wash side. Had to use a card instead of cash/change.

Today was not a good experience. I was trying to sweep out vehicle, put 3 quarters in the fourth one jammed, wouldn't go through for nothing. So extra dollar in carwash pocket from me today. Most trips there are usually good, but once in a while there is a day like today.?

I went through the automatic car was it didn't clean my car and the time before that it took my money but the car wash didn't start. There was no number to call and noone there so I just lost my hard earned money.

Never one time had a problem with my truck peeling clear coat and used car was one time last week and not my hole truck is peeling the clear coat off of it not happy at all!!
