I had my phone fixed by them a few months ago three days later it had blue lines in the screen and I wasn’t to worried about a week ago the screen went black and won’t turn back on and it will still get calls and stuff I just can’t see it and now they said they would fix it and it’s been a week now and they won’t answer the phone or messages I would not take ur phone or anything to be fixed by them

Poor customer service and lack of respect for customers property. Took my laptop to be repaired and quickly changed my mind about doing business with these people. They lost my power cord. Was rude and very unprofessional. 3 weeks later.....still refused to replace my power cord after multiple attempts! Tried to give me one that was NOT mine. Owner stated it was "just a cord and my laptop didn't work anyway". Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Also note that Dan Schmitz gave himself a 5 star review.

I am extremely concerned that this Company is representing Dish Network . They are not forthcoming on the packages available thru Dish. don't deserve to be in business .Sharon was rude and not helpful at all . NoShe scheduled us for an install then never got back to us on several occasions she didn't call only texted us !!.Took personal infor forCredit report on me including credit card no and last four ofsocial security ...Refuses now to call Us Says her supervisor never got back to her about the install info .Left UP n the AIR !!!! ???...

Terrible service. I had to have another contractor come and fix the bad work this company did when installing my internet and my neighbors were in the same situation. Do not let this company do work for you they do not know what they are doing.
