The website is easy to navigate and the drop down for customization options is very user friendly my and informative. I didn’t have to wonder or be surprised by pricing options. Shipping took awhile and UPS didn’t provide updates to shipping status frequently

Although I did called before placing the order to make sure they have the correct wheelchair in stock and I was told yes, I received a wrong item. Only after I received the wheelchair already, they found out the manufacturer doesn't make the model I ordered. I'm not sure if they never made it or discontinued it but it seemed like adaptive specialties just listed the wheelchair with the basic common options as other wheelchairs. I'm not sure.However, after I contacted them and let them know of this issue, they resolved my issue really quickly. I appreciate good customer services especially for disabled communities as following up with things are not as easy for us compared to the healthy folks.

I thought and voiced dissatisfaction, I felt delayed response had no excuses or explanations acceptable. Instead of an apology was notified to seek another vendor thus delaying receiving needed equipment, believe vindictive and petty not to mention unprofessional. This customer services in my opinion lacking !
