I really enjoyed my stay at Albany Commons. I may return someday. Quiet, nice, and very enjoyable community. I just wish my upstairs neighbors would have quieted their children down before 1am. I have to be up at 5am some days. I did turn them in, but it still did not get better. So I opted to search for sleep.

I just retired &:switched banks so my situation is interesting to say the least. Tammy & Nate were wonderful &:very understanding. I always recommend Oakwood based on the mgt crew I've had.

Went to see an apartment and the warm welcome I felt coming in was everything! They are really nice and friendly people in the office and made me feel comfortable!!!!

We lived at Albany Commons twice and had a great experience both times. Love the attached garage, maintenance responded in a timely manner, the grounds are nice with beautiful flowers. Aaron, Angie, Kayla and Tammy in the office were great to work with!

For the most part I’m pleased with maintenance here at Albany Commons but my garage still smells of the dogs that were here previously. They power washed but really they dropped the ball on this one. Was told they would paint floor but then said the couldn’t. So not sure what to do.
