Customer service is everything! I now come to this location because it's closer to me and I love that everyone that stands at the front door, always greets you when you walk in. What upset me today was that I walked up to the online pickup station expecting the same greeting and I unfortunately didn't receive that. The employee literally looked at me and never spoke/greeted me one time. I understand you are with a customer BUT, kindly saying, "Hello, someone will be right with you" doesn't hurt anything and you actually saw me standing there. Then the employee proceeded to finally get on her mic and request for someone to come upfront for online pickup AND STILL never said anything to me. I didn't appreciate that at all. As an employee, greet everyone the same regardless if you can or can't get to them at the moment. Other than that, I love the location and how the displays are setup beautifully.

Nice location, friendly staff. I recommend going at the beginning of sales as they sell out quick.
This location is in a strip mall so parking is easy. They have handicapped spots directly in front of the store.
The hand-wash station was clean and the whole store was neat and tidy.

They filed bankruptcy and all the investors shares went to $0. And they’re still open! They finessed everybody and i lost my stocks

I like this location. Employee's are always helpful and friendly. Visited during semi-annual sale a few days back. They had some items I wanted, in stock ( Calypso Clementine Moisturizing Body Wash) when the other locations didn't.

Get the app and order online . If you're already familiar with the scents, in store order pick up is very convenient. There's aways a sale, just wait for the emails.

This is by far my favorite store, the employees are fantastic and Maddy the Manager is so helpful and joyful! Hands down the best!

I understand that it’s a slow Tuesday. But from my experience from working at a bath and body work. This store was not friendly at all. They had no one at the front of shop greeting people. I never once was greeted and I made a couple laps around the store. The pocket back display was awful. Everything mixed together. Not very eye appealing. I stood in line for a couple mins but the vibe from the employees at the register were not very pleasant. So I put my body wash back and left. I was in the store for a total of maybe 15 mins. And there was only 3 other customers in the store with me at the time.
