It seems that I need to find a new pharmacy every year or two due to changes in my Medicare Part D plans. Due to plan chnages, I've had the opportunity to really get to know at least 3 or 4 major pharmacy chains. For the past two years, my plan's preferred pharmacy has been Walgreen's so I've gotten to know them quite well. In terms of accuracy - I think all of the pharmacies do well. In terms of service, Walgreen's (along with one of the others) has mastered the art of communicating when prescriptions are ready to be filled and for notiifying me when they're ready for pick-up. They communicate what I need to know in a timely and effective manner. I opted for communications to be text messages and it works great. One of the other national chains used text, email and phone - incessnantly - despite repeated request for no phone calls. Walgreen's service has been excellent.

I'm usually not on this side of town but scheduled some vaccines at this location. It sounded like they're extremely short handed right now. The lady in front of me was complaining to the pharmacist about how many calls she'd made to check on a prescription that was to be filled three days prior without getting any resolution. In the end she left without her prescription - she left a card on file and the pharmacy said it would be delivered by DoorDash in 2 hours. I prefilled all my paperwork prior to my appointment which made the check-in process fast. It took about 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. The pharmacist was still pleasant, gave me individual attention and was relatively painless. Other people in line behind me were a mixture of vaccine appointments and prescription refills. The pharmacy staff were working hard to get through the line plus answer phone calls.

Do not recommend for there curbside pickup it's completely messed up telling you to go to pharmacy and they tell you to go to the side of the building

I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for many years. Our local store always treated me well. They recently required all coupons to be clipped online, making it extraordinarily difficult for me to do. I am relatively competent with technology but I found much about the app difficult to use. In addition to exceptionally small print, making any changes to personal information is nearly impossible, yet it is necessary to do to proceed with coupons. The message I received several times was "this service is temporally unavailable".As I became very frustrated with this, I did receive an offer to take a survey. When I accessed the survey via the link they gave me, it said they are no longer accepting surveys. Unbelievable. Walgreens better wake up to the fact their demographic may not be well suited to difficult apps and small print. Sorry Walgreens, but CVS has to be my better choice.

I have never had a negative experience and I have been going to this location for years. Always helpful and will ship my prescriptions if needed. I have also gotten several vaccines at this store.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never have medications "in stock" even medications yoi get on a regular basis. Pharmacists rarely knows the answer to the Questions you have.

Used this pharmacy for a refill for my son. They didn't have enough to fill it so told me to call back when I was almost out. I called, as told, and was then informed I was supposed to have called within 30 days of the pickup. Not my fault they couldn't fill the initial script. They offered no help or apology so I'm taking my business else.

The entire pharmacy staff taking lunch at one time doesn't make sense. For some people that's the only time to be able to get to the pharmacy! Turning one person away 10 minutes before you close is ridiculous

This Walgreens is NOT wiping their carts like all of the other stores immediately surrounding them. I mean, I was there for some length of time- I watched one employee put carts back with no gloves on and no spray or wipe. And it was busy with many carts and people coming and going. They are also limiting random items with no signs to indicate there are limits. The cashier gripes about employees the entire time, and the management was stocking without gloves on, ignoring everything around him. I won't go back there.

I sent a prescription refill in and was told it will be ready to pick up after 12pm. I drove there around 5pm to pick up the prescription and was not ready. I was told to wait 15 minutes which I did not have due to my job. I asked if someone can wait until I was done in about one hour and was denied. The pharmacy was closing at 6 pm. After the pharmacy messed up my prescription pick up time they did not want to budge for a few more minutes. Not worth my time wasted with this location...take your business to a more attentive pharmacy!

My experience with this pharmacy has been excellent. Today I was trying to pick up an urgent prescription which they were out of. The young Asian American pharmacy assistant lost no time in transferring my prescription and my information to the supermarket next-door. It was there when I walked over. Her demeanor could not have been nicer.
