Chase has no equal in the banking industry. They are the most friendly, people oriented professional teamthat I have come across of the few banks and credit unions I had to leave. Thankyou, Chase.

I did not have a good experience and find it reminiscent of some other negative experiences I have had with this bank. The reason I stay... convenience. They are huge and everywhere.

My fiancé and I went in to open a personal account for myself and a joint account for the both of us. We spoke to a couple of staff members initially who were all super friendly and helpful! They booked us in with Mariah that same afternoon after we returned back with all the required documents. Mariah is amazing! She’s super genuine and friendly and as I’m a foreigner, the process took a while and was pretty complex but Mariah remained upbeat and super patient! Mariah also called the next to day to make sure we didn’t have any further questions and she even made a point to come see us to say hello next time we went into the bank. I’m super grateful to have this branch as my local Chase bank!

Choose a different chase bank location - this one has repeatedly has poor service. No notary capability, and when we requested small bills for a trip, gave us large bills and refused to remedy. If only all banking could move online because going into this branch was useless.

Not sure why this location repeatedly says I need to bring my own boxes for coins. Every other Chase Branch I’ve been to provides boxes no problem.

Sayjah was very helpful and friendly. Kim, the manager was not either. Made an appointment over the phone and once arrived still had to wait with no one to help us. We were then asked a hundred times if and how we made an appointment. Confusing how everyone “appears” so busy when there’s a ton of people working with no one in their cubicles to help. Wouldn’t recommend this bank or location to anyone if able to easily switch to a credit union option. If it weren’t for our business we would take everything to our credit union.

We have twice made appointments to see a personal banker to move the bulk of our financial assets from one banking institute to Chase. The first time we had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment before we were seen because the banker we scheduled with for that day was not in the office. Then today we scheduled and after two employees asked us who we were there to see they finally instructed us that we would have to wait 10 minutes after our appointment. The process of making appointments and arriving at the branch needs to be streamlined and better managed. Due to these two experiences I will not be transferring to a Chase bank. I suggest the Market Director for the 875 N State St location visit and evaluate the workflow in that branch.

This is different from the Chase branch I usually visit but the nice thing about Chase is that they have branches all over town. When I happened to be in this part of town and needed to do some banking, this was the most convenient location. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The branch wasn't busy and I was able to get "in and out" quickly.

Pleased with the results of a recent interaction. Had a problem w/Worthington Square Chase. After wasting approximately 45 mins of my time at a scheduled appointment there the clerk: J. Salmeron was unable to offer any solution to my issue and provided no useful advice. I left and called another nearby Chase Bank (Westerville/Polaris). I explained my issue and the lady Kimberly Coker asked when I could stop by. I visited Westerville/Kim a couple of days later and she resolved the issue for me. Kimberly deserves a gold star for helping me out with an issue the Worthington Square Chase apparently didn't feel was worth their time or effort to help me out with.

If you need anything other than a drive-through ATM avoid this location. All I needed were bank statements printed, Was told to have a seat where I waited for 28 minutes before walking out. Save yourself the hassle. Go elsewhere.

Kent D Smith, Managing Director of Customer Service at the Payment Exceptions Solutions, 340 S. Cleveland Ave, in Westerville, Oh, is the most crooked banker that I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. He stole over $400 of my money, and issued me a check for $230 that was rejected. I don't know who in Chase's hierarchy needs to deal with this, but it's this type of fraudulent account activity that led me to leave Chase after being a happy, loyal customer for over 20 years. The Federal Reserve is going to take care of you Mr. Kent Smith. You have until Monday to return all of my funds sir!

Warning do not go with them unless you don't care about your credit score. Chase Auto told my husband that we didn't owe anything else when we asked them several times. We requested the buy out documents from chase to give them to the credit union to process our car loan to buy our lease. The credit union failed to process the loan on time and didn't communicate with us. Chase claims they sent out a notice on August 4,2021 to us but we never received it but Chase Auto loan is blaming me for that. Anyways, I just received two separate letters both dated on August 19, 2021. One letter is stating basically that my account is passed due and the other one stating that if not taken care of within 10 days from when the letter is dated, my car will be repossessed. I paid it today because it was just communicated today through these two letters. My credit score dropped 136 points as a result to chases lack of communication. Chase always sends me a live bill and once they became aware that I was taking my loan business to the credit union, they suddenly decided not to send me a live bill for the first time in 3 years? Like they wanted to purposely watch me fail? They expected me to know to go online and check that I had a balance after they originally told me I wouldn't owe them anything anymore but owed the credit union from now on. But yet I'm being held responsible even through I never got the first letter nor a live bill? I had perfect credit and so did my husband. But they ruined both. Why would we in our right minds decide to mess up our credit scores on purpose? It was all done without our knowledge. Why would we be perfect on making payments to chase throughout the whole lease and purposely want our credit score to go from 800 something to 600 something? The answer is we wouldn't. I have never been late making my auto payments and would have appreciated and expected a call from them out of respect since I have been a good customer. It was a lack of communication.

This is one of the better branches. The GM does an amazing job of training her people to be courteous and knowledgeable.
