Amazing CrossFit gym. Been going here since 2019, coaches are excellent and the head coach’s programming has me lifting more than I did in my 20s and still feeling athletic. Owners care and put money into the gym. And the community is welcoming and supportive. All around great experience.

I love being apart of CF Polaris. I have made great friends who push me to be better, inspire me to be better and even get me Costo Cake! All levels of athletes, all ages, all in the same class - yes everyone can get a great workout at CFP!!!
