You practically have to force them to take any coupons or discounts you have for your medication. Really only had this issue with one lady who’s at the drive through window usually. Dark hair, high pitched voice. My meds were originally $15 and after TELLING her to use my coupon, it ended up being free. Don’t miss out on your perks!

This place is EXTREMELY slow. Don’t choose this one as your pharmacy unless you want to wait 30+mins every single time. Rude staff and very inconvenient lunch hours

My prescription cost 33% more at this CVS than at my previous CVS pharmacy. They did not even try to find me a better price for this branded medication (insurance will only cover generic). I'll be switching away from CVS at this point.

Went there to get flu medicine, AND I forgot my id, that dude kept saying "no ID , NO MEDICATION" and keeps saying-it over and over ! Didn't even let me talk

Yes. It is an extremely busy location. But that makes me even more impressed that the pharmacy staff (including the pharmacists) always present a cheerful, helpful attitude. I wish I could call her out by name--the staffer that helped me yesterday was so friendly to everyone I walked out smiling.

Love that the pharmacy is open 24/7, but I have been sitting in the parking lot waiting for my scripts for over 2 hours now. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

Went to pick up my prescription tonight and they only gave me half of it. The reason they gave was that it was the only 2 boxes they had. They did not contact me earlier about this and nor did they offer a solution to the issue. I'm sure they could've sent the order to a different CVS dand the full order could've been filled. Now I bet that when I have to fill it again, I'm probably going to have to call my doctor to have if filled because there is a time limit for how long a full order is supposed to last and again I was only given half. So upsetting.

My go to pharmacy. Yes, they are always busy but I've never had a problem. Plus the are open 23 1/2 hours a day. Perfect for me!!!

Slowest pharmacy, took 4 hours to fill a prescription and it's the only 24 hour pharmacy on the east side of town. Do not recommend this pharmacy.

Total joke. 2 hours to fill medications when they are open 24/7. When people are sick. And the staff is rude AF.

This is truly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I tried to transfer my prescriptions to the CVS when I moved into Westerville for three weeks. Every time I would call them they would say they had no record of me attempting to this transfer even though I did it online and in person with the pharmacist. And my old pharmacy had already done the transfer on their end so I could not get my prescriptions filled. And I ended up having a lapse in my medication that is vital to my health. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Go here if you have days and weeks of free time. No one cares here. CVS is making a lot of profits but provides zero support and worst customer service. Pharmacy staffs are rude and showing their frustration on the customers
