The best pharmacy town! Always willing to go the extra mile. Was good during COVID & very helpful trying to get your order, even if it means sending you to a different store. The staff is friendly and attitude doesn't change during a rush. I have been their customer for 10 years.

Says open til 10p. All the lights are on, but doors are locked. No note on the door with any explanation.

Unfortunately my item was expired in September 2023 and I made my purchase in January 2024. I am very disappointed in CVS for leaving a food item on the shelves with that long of an expiry date.

Sorely understaffed and the pharmacist who had just gotten off the phone with a customer was loudly complaining about said customer so that everyone in line could hear it. Very unprofessional

The Pharmacy staff at the CVS on State St. are freaking awesome! Always helpful, always pleasant. The pharmacist always takes the time to answer questions even when I know they are so busy . If they don’t have what I need, they find it quickly .The whole staff at this CVS are welcoming, always say hello no matter what they are doing.Always leave this store feeling happy. Chase, the pharmacist, at the CVS is the reason I still come back to this location. I moved across the city but refuse to change CVS because of how wonderful he is. He explains things well and puts customers needs first.

Being a pharmacy and store of medical supplies you really should HONOR your hours of operation that is publicly posted ... as a parent of a toddler and in general you never know when the time will pop up you may need something only these stores carry , and when you arrive 1+hours before the store is supposed to close and its CLOSED extremely early multiple times now or not open on time is very very frustrating in more ways than I'm willing to go into detail

I used this CVS today as a UPS Access Point. I had my printed label and item I needed to ship ready. When I got there the lady working informed me I needed to have everything packaged and labeled to return. This is my first time using this service so I didn't know. I just used the instructions provided by the company I was returning my item. I asked the lady where I could find items to purchase to package the item. She helped me find the envelopes but made no reference to other needs. When I checked out and then packaged my item she became frustrated with me and told me I could only use the tape this once (she could have told me I needed to buy it). She just made me feel really bad about using this service and being new to it. I was happy to buy what I needed, I just didn't want to have to leave an come back when everything was there I needed to get the package shipped. I wish we could remember being helpful is part of customer service.

I've been picking up my Meds here off/on for decades.Always kind, courteous, informative staff and a clean environment.Good place to pick up Medical Prescriptions and over the counter Medical Needs.
