My prescription was filled in less than an hour after they received the script and when I picked up on the 4th of July everyone was very friendly and the service was very fast.

Just came out and picked my prescription from this cvs pharmacy. I am very impressed to the lady’s attitude,. I was told it should be ready within 5 min after checked in, we wait there for their calling our name when it’s ready, after for 20 min still nothing happened, even the medicine not ready she use bad attitude make us on line again, we did, still not ready, when we ask other employee, she said usually they call name when it’s ready, do not understand why she made us waiting on the long line again? Even told us/“ no matter ready or not, you still need on line”, it doesn’t make sense, especially It is not acceptable for her attitude, do not remember her name, she is a short lady with darker skin and a hair bend, we are there 8:00-8:30 pm on June 2

I took medicine from them that the doctor prescribed for me, but they gave me another medicine in its place. There was a fraud.

My wife and I have been dealing with CVS Pharmacy for 20+ years but this was one of the few occasions I've been in this particular CVS. I last reviewed this location in December 2023 and this is the first time I've been back since then. The site is still open 24/7 and is still a busy location but the staff was great and I was in and out in a hurry.

called Pharmacy after being sent an email went through five minutes of recording to get the Pharmacy and finally put on hold never to be answered terrible customer service I going somewhere else. Don't waste your time with them. Terrible customer service!

How is it acceptable to make people wait online for 15 minutes to get a prescription, then when you get to the front of the line they close the window in your face and say they're closed for lunch?The car in front of me was at the window for over 5 minutes and they didn't come back to give them their order until 130 exactly. How extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of your customers that got here well before you closed for lunch. You should serve anyone in line that has been waiting!

They never have anyone working the pharmacy. They’re all ugly and stank. They’re always under staff because this store sucks so damn bad. Just close the store down .

You are literally risking your life taking any medical advise from the employees at this location. Terrible diagnostics from unqualified RNs. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere and not end up in the hospital anyway. Shocking this location isn’t under a federal investigation for medical malpractice.

Everything that has been shared here has been 100% the case for all the time I've had to come here cause of insurance for 6+ years.
They have the most disrespectful, horrible customer support out of all CVS in Ohio, and probably the worst out of all CVS, plus CVS is horrible anyway as a company.
Thy have the worst wait time, even more so than any other review I've seen. And I have to have my medications because I have several serious illnesses that without daily medication are serious and I would need to go to a hospital. There have been many times where I've been delayed my prescriptions a day, to a few days, thank God there are other moderately better CVS's nearby.
And their supposedly qualified doctors and technicians are horrible and disrespectful as well.
Just today I was met by "Tina" and she was disrespectful, short, rude. As a pharmacy technician.
They overcharged me, wouldn't take Medicaid or my covered Insurance, and I had to fight with their only superior (for a 24/7 store which closed completly at 11:37) to receive the proper discount and coverage.
And they sold me a clearly stolen item that they wouldn't refund me for.
I would have rated 0 stars if I could.

Went in to rule out strep throat symptoms. Nurse practitioner (NP) was inept throughout the entire visit. For example, I had to ask for a strep throat test, when I was clear that I was there for that. Additionally, the visit turned into a consultation about my weight -- A topic better discussed with my family physician whom I have a repor with, and better understands my history. I was already feeling poorly physically, and this just made me feel worse emotionally/mentally. The NP had no knowledge of my weight history; and frankly, had no business bringing that up. I ended up leaving the visit upset and didn't even wait for my prescription to be filled. Just wanted to get out of there.
