I went to this location to send back my order from ebay. The woman with glasses told me she was like the fed ex police and couldn't take my box because it had Charmin on it. The issue I had with that is, Fed Ex delivered it to me in that box with no issue and now the Fed Ex police don't want to do their job. Poor service

I always have nothing but a great experience at this FedEx location! They’ve become my go-to for all my printing needs—from posters to banners and everything in between. The turnaround time is super fast, communication is excellent, and the team is always willing to go the extra mile. On top of that, they’re incredibly friendly, accommodating, and courteous. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality service and at great prices—I highly recommend this location!

Hands down the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve had in a long time. I came in to print out copies of my car insurance. After 30 minutes of trying to get someone to help me (there was no line) I gave up. In my frustration I left my debit card. I know it would had to have been lost here as this was the last place I had it. So I come back and they tell me it’s not in the list and found. The manager was holding my debit card the entire time. I literally had to threaten a police report to get the manager to tell me he had my card. If you shop here, I could not advise more caution!

So I went here to have an ORIGINAL concert ticket laminated that was TWENTY FIVE years old. Upon it being laminated the ticket was RUINED and turned black. Twenty five years old and in five seconds it was ruined

Only deal with the lady. Do not deal with the man! My wife comes here, the man is always a jerk, the lady is always super nice and helpful. Never had any logistical problems, just the difference in customer service.

Today was my first experience at this location and I was in a huge hurry due to a printer malfunction. From the moment I walked in, Jennica greeted me and assisted throughout the time knowing I was in a panic. I was able to get what I needed in a timely manner. I will definitely be back.

Last week, I misplaced a fax order at FedEx. I drove back to FedEx asking the staff if they could help me find it, the staff went above and beyond to look for it and they even checked the trash cans. Even though they didn’t find it, I feel grateful that they took their time to help me.
