I have been a customer with 5/3 for twenty plus years. I went there to get some cash today. The lady assisted was nice, but the guy in the mustache gen was pretty rude. As a bank, I only try to withdraw 5k but they doesn’t have a hundred or fifty dollars bills for me. I wasted a trip there and as a customer service associate, he should be apologetic and de-escalate but this gentleman was doing the opposite. He need to learn from the lady that assist me for sure. I probably will transfer all my money to another bank when I have time.

Wednesday, early afternoon ..no customers in drive up, nor lobby..3 tellers, 2 talking amongst themselves. 1 standing idle..no greeting, no thank youanything else I can assist you with? ..I said thank you twice...never got "You're welcome"...maybe tellers need to be retrained on how to greet the customer,who is their paycheck..

Teller I spoke to last night needs to be properly educated on how to look up payments on mortgage accounts. I just wanted to make sure a double payment that was made counted towards my 1/1 due date and she couldn’t even do that. The idea she doesn’t have access to that information like she told me last night is hard to believe.

When you deposit a check through the mobile phone app, the default setting is to charge an "immediate access to funds" fee. By making this the default, you are tricking customers to pay for something that they don't want. .When I contact your online banking department, they have no interest in fixing the problem with the app.I have been a customer for nearly 30 years, and I'm writing this review to see if anybody at the bank is going to fix the problem.
