Editing this July 2024 -Do NOT come here! Management has changed. The people who cared and had a clue are gone. They did a repair WITHOUT our OK or a giving us a written estimate as requested. In another situation there was a difference of $800 between initial quote and actual total would be and they didn't notify us (as required to do if difference is more than 10% of estimate). Their excuse is lack of staff - I get this but doesn't make doing things unethically OK.
We've had both our cars serviced here for years. They've been able to get us in quickly for some things , like a nail in the tire. Been other places that told us our car needed work done and when we took it here, they assured us everything was fine and no work needed.

We had an 8am appointment for an oil change and 2 new tires. By 5pm when we called, they hadn't even looked at the car and said they didn't know about the new tires. They disregarded our appointment time or took on more cars than they could handle - either way, wasted our entire day unapologetically.

I appreciate how friendly everyone I have dealt with is. I also am grateful that they are honest and don’t do more work on my car than is necessary. I have gone there for tires and an alignment. I thought I needed new brakes, but upon their inspection they told me they were still good! The cost of everything I have had done has been affordable and excellent quality. I will go back time and time again and will recommend them to everyone.

Been a customer since 2007 and while we've had lots of staff changes over the years, the service and professionalism continues to remain intact. I have always liked this location and the team. Zero complaints really good people.

Jeff Daily did an excellent job checking my brakes and all the other items included in the new $10 check service. The guys upfront were very professional and friendly and they explained the new electronic services that they send you now by email

I had a tire with a slow leak and the technician showed me the two nails I had picked up. One was repairable and the other was too close to the sidewall, so I elected to have the tire replaced. The transparency was excellent and recommendation was spot on. No upselling, just GREAT service.

I had a major issue with My Die Hard Battery that was dying at half the cold cranking amps needed these guy's NOT alone took care of Me. But, they also replaced the Battery that I orginally bought in Texas. I am here visiting Familia & had car problems. They expedited the services & also rushed an additional piece needed to complete the installation. A GM part which was hard to find & not a usual replacement part. Robert was Most Helpful & Professional with his demeanor and follow-through too. I dropped my the vehicle off on a Sunday b4 closing time & they immediately tried to get my going, but the part issue came up. So they took another day, but it was worth the wait. The whole staff was friendly & the lead mechanic was very informative and gave me tips too. I'm extremely Happy with the prompt responses & excellent customer service.

I had another service required & these gentleman took excellent care of me once again.
Michael was my Technician this time around but Jeff was "Johnny on the Spot" too. Kendall was most pleasant & accommodating with his professionalism plus Robert again. ????
