I needed a pre purchase inspection done and they were able to get me in and taken care of quickly. I was even taken back into the shop and shown where the water pump was starting to leak. Thanks for the fair price and great service!

Made an appointment a week ahead of time. Cody was very helpful when I got there. I told them I had to work at 4 that day and they assured me it would be done on time. They did forget to call me and tell me my car was done and they did accidentally forget to put my new wipers on. Again, Cody was very helpful when I called about the wipers and offered for me to come right then and have them put on immediately. The girl I spoke to twice seemed really confused however and couldn’t tell me why no one called when my car was done. When we went pay, she made an odd comment about our payment method being in all cash. She also didn’t seem to know what to do when I called back about the wiper blades the next day. Just that “a manager would call me eventually.” I’m hoping she’s just newer and needs more training because that alone could turn someone off of being a repeat customer. Overall I still give 5/5, Cody saved the whole experience and the actual work that was done (and that we’ve had done in the past) was very solid.

The Sunbury Firestone always does a great job and I'm never worried that they're trying to hose me. I've used them exclusively for almost 15 years.

The staff here is always professional and quick at addressing issues, always lets you know if anything additional needs addressed, and is trustworthy to provide the correct services. I took my car in for a leaking tire. Unfortunately, there was a bubble in the tire, and under the road hazard I purchased, I was able to leave with a new tire in around an hour. In that time, they also rotated my tires. I purchased my tires at the same location in January and was happy with my purchase and experience at that time.

Westerville Ohio’s Firestone Store on Sunbury Rd. Donny wrote up the work order and Andrew did the oil change and the road force tire balance and tire rotation. Both are great guys, always polite and helpful. Firestone management should be proud to have two guys like Donny and Andrew on their staff. Mr. Belczak

I drive 30 miles to come to this Firestone shop Andrew and the team here are amazing honest not just up-ring you walk out with a piece of mind, knowing your vehicle was taken care of by a great crew. Kudos to this Firestone.

They got me right in the same day! Complete brake job and rotors. All other places were a week wait. This is the 2nd time I have used them for this reason, and I have been very satisfied.
