Really like this place. Fantastic open space gym with all the equipment you'll need. Never too crowded, and an overall good vibe. Ryan, the owner, is very helpful whenever I need anything. Definitely recommend as an alternative the over-crowded chain gyms.

I was visiting family (mom has cancer) and needed an hour at the gym. I'm so glad I found "Fit One Four." Ryan and his staff are super friendly and very helpful. Loved the gym. I really need it that day. Can't thank them enough. Great people.

Ownership is great. Crowd is very respectful and clean up after themselves. Gym is well taken care of and up to date. Recommended.
