Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with at Gerber was very friendly and knowledgeable. But I have to say 5 stars for Ron alone. Ron meticulously examined my car and the damages. He left no stone unturned. He keeps you informed in every step of the repair process. My car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off, and looks brand new. Thank you to Ron and everyone at Gerber!!

Insurance wanted me to use this shop, set up an appointment. I called in before the appointment with a question and got a nasty attitude on the phone and when I told him I didn't care for his attitude and will go somewhere else he laughed. Big nationwide chain that gets fed business from insurance companies so they apparently don't care how they treat people. Makes me wander what they will do to my car behind the scenes. I'll be going to more of a local family owned company, where they still care about the customer.

Ron at the Westerville location really helped us out after our car was stolen. He walked us through the process of repairs, sending pictures with updates. He also took the time to answer all my questions. When we picked up the car, he went over the invoice & pointed out exactly where on the car the repairs took place. A very satisfactory experience out of a terrible situation. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Gerber. Ron was my point of contact and was so friendly and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. My car came back to me looking better than it did before my accident. Ron even had my interior cleaned up for me! I couldn’t recommend Ron and Gerber more. Thank you!!

Worst collision repair ever. Sam, the service rep, never kept his promise.1. Increased estimate last second, although insurance paid.2. Claimed parts were not available from dealer. I had to call back several times and waited for 60 days, and eventually I had to buy the rear door trim on myself from a local dealer.3. They put both trims on, but the front one (they claimed they bought from the same local dealer) was not installed correctly. I also had to buy another front trim piece and installed it by myself. It is a very easy job but these folks were incapable of getting it done.4. Promised to refund my part cost (for the rear, $50+). I gave him my receipt, but never received anything back, not even a phone call.Please stay away from this business. I do not recommend them.

I was going to use them but I came to see the Geico guy Adjuster an had Poor customer service from the adjuster, and from the Company itself not to mention tried to get help from the Gerber company with the front desk lady, has poor Customer service from the company as well an Locked me Out..! Wow

I had multiple instances when working with gerber that i woud not consider good customer service. First I took my car there for an estimate i then discovered weeks after the estimate that i suppose to leave my car and get a rental car the same day as the estimate. I then went through a game of run around trying to get my car schedule for repair. Let's put it this way it took me multiple phone calls between geico and gerber to get that resolved. Then they fixed my car and proceed to send me a text at 4:06pm on a friday. I lived in gahanna so jumped in car and call ahead to tell them I may be 5 minutes late. I was told they close the doors at 5pm and if you do not make it by then I could not get my car. So I had a choice at that point as I arrived about 10 minutes before 5pm. That being the case I did not want to take the chance of trying to get gas in the rental since they leave at 5pm no matter what. So i got my car and left the rental knowing it would probably cost me at least $30 gas fee from enterprise. If I did not get my car on Friday I most likely would of have to pay for the rental over the weekend. So Gerber please do not send a text at 4:06pm on a Friday telling a customer to pick up no later than 5:00pm. Please try to do better.

My car insurance suggested this location. Big mistake. My car was in an accident on 1/29/23 (parked, hit by a drunk driver, etc) and insurance had it towed here. I was told (prior to tow) that tow ins are at about 3-4 weeks out. I call after 3 weeks--my car had just started to get looked at. I was told it's take another month and it needed to have suspension redone but that's only a day. That's a huge drag because all this time I was under the impression it was being worked on, I was using my insurance policy for a rental. And I'm gonna be without a car for another month? The final straw comes 3 weeks later (gerber having my car for 6 weeks!) I get a call from my insurance saying the car was reported a total loss, here are your next steps.I DID NOT GET A CALL. I WAS NOT TOLD ANY UPDATES. I have used all of my car rental money and now I have no car.Why did a tow in take 6 weeks to even evaluate? Confirm if the estimate from my insurance was accurate? 6 weeks no car, no rental...I. Short I'm kind of f***** over because of gerber.So so so disappointed. The ball was clearly dropped.

Took my vehicle in for an estimate on repairs and was told by Ron that I would receive an estimate the next day. Did not hear from him and he didn’t return my call. I finally got ahold of him a couple of days later and he finally provided an estimate. I agreed to have them do the repairs and Ron committed to let me know when the part was in so that we could schedule the repair. Two weeks and several inquiries later, I’ve yet to hear anything back from him. My effort to give him multiple attempts to earn my business has cost us almost a month of use of our vehicle.
