Waited in line in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind 3 other cars only to finally pull up to the window to see a sign that said “closed for lunch!!! Was on my way out of town on business and am now delayed waiting on my script. You can’t stagger lunches for pharmacy staff???

Do not go here. They over charge their customers. I called my insurance company before going in, cause I knew I had been over charged the last couple of times I picked up my medicine. They put this pharmacy in their computer and said this is what you should be paying out of pocket. Every time they charged me 5-7$ more than the insurance company said I should have paid. The pharmacist said that is what the computer is telling them to charge? Even though my insurance company just told me something else.

I absolutely love this giant people. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. A special mention of Sandy and Derek. Both of them went out of their way to help me this evening. It's so wonderful to see people who truly enjoy their job and helping people. I can't say enough great things about this particular Giant Eagle.

By being half the store other Giant eagles are! Westerville store has to be by far the worst GE in Central Ohio if not the whole chain. It doesen't offer hardly any of the services Dublin, Hilliard, and others do. Ready to go hot foods are limited to one small case and has chicken & potatoes & Pot Pies..WOW! and they close it at 3:00 Unbelievable! Seafood & Meat close at 6:00 at best! Some people do work and might stop by to pick up dinner if you had a Real selection and

Why do I have scripts called in here? They are typically quite sharp with you and the drive thru is a grueling experience both from a "customer service" aspect and length of time to fill anything.

They have some very helpful staff here. There was a mixup of one of my prescriptions and they took the time to coordinate with the physician to get it sorted out. They also have some of the lowest prices on the prescriptions I have had filled there. They are a busy pharmacy but overall I am pleased with their services.
