I checked in online in advance and was able to get right in when I got there. The staff was very friendly and made sure they knew what I wanted before starting the haircut. I was surprised that the prices went up again but still felt it was a good value. This is my regular salon and I will definitely be going back again.

Worst haircut ever. My last haircut back in May at the Sun center salon made me feel Fabulous. I went in to the Westerville salon bc it was close to home and just to cut 3 inches of length off. I just gave birth, and my hair had grown so fast. I explained how much I loved my specific cut and how the previous stylist told me to achieve the look. I elaborated how much I love my current cut and layers and I just needed some length off. I ended up leaving with what feels like a mullet, manly cut, and very unhappy. All this to say, the male stylist at this salon should not cut women’s hair. I should have known when I sat down and saw nothing but male products at the station.

Really nice service, stylist was really friendly but cut my hair way shorter than was discussed and I honestly hate my hair because of that.

I had such a positive experience and got so many compliments on my haircut afterwards. The stylist I had was very friendly and did a great job checking in with me on my hair and the wait time was so short! I wish I remembered her name (I went April 9th around 12:30pm). I will definitely be returning to this location again the next time I need a haircut. Highly recommend! :)
