Final straw for this place. Hair dresser was not cleaning her tools. I noticed as she was almost finished cutting my hair that her scissors and trimmers were all covered in hair as well as the towel they were laying on. They are just trying to turn a chair as fast as they can. Wont be going back.

Never coming back to this locations hair is lopsided not straight cut horribly. My son's is shaved right up to a 2 inch length on the back it not shaved up high enough and looks crazy. I'm going to have to get another haircut to fix it. She did not do what I asked her to do this is the 2nd time and 2nd person I'm over it. It will grow back but I won't be back. If you wanna overpay for a cut done in a hurry and half ass then that's on you.

I just do a basic short men’s haircut. The clipper setting is a one on the sides, tapered up to a little bit longer on top. I can usually go about four weeks on that. I don’t have a particular favorite hairstylist. They all do a pretty good job. I use the app to get an appointment estimate and that way I show up and don’t have to wait hardly at all. i’m pretty happy with Great Clips!

They wouldn't wash my hair. I have longish hair (a few inches past shoulder length) and get it washed every few weeks at a Great Clips when I get a moment without kids.
I checked in here and drove across town just to be told they wouldn't do a wash unless I also paid for a haircut. No reason was given other than that's what they do. Killed an hour of this busy moms free time and pissed me off enough for me to sit here and write this review.
On their menu a shampoo was listed by itself as $8.

I had an interesting experience with this Great Clips recently. I checked in online, and since the very first second I stepped my foot in the store I felt unwelcome. The lady that met me at the counter looked visibly upset. Didn't even greet me. She let out a huge sigh when I sat on the chair that I had to ask her if something was wrong, to my surprise she replied "Am I not allowed to breathe ?!" . She didn't say a single word for the rest of the haircut. I'm giving them 2 starts because the haircut wasn't bad. But Their customer service is awful. They definitely lost my future business.

I was due for a haircut today dropped into great clips and Westerville. Bobby was awesome. Best haircut I’ve ever had from great clips.

Avoid Harper - he has major attitude and is always in a hurry. If the cut is bad, it's your fault. I went back for a redo and I saw him in the mirror making nasty faces and one of the stylist laughed and aske him why he had such a RBF. Last time to go to this location. I spoke to management before and they just said, yep, I know, sorry. He is one of several bad cutters there. Sad since Thu is awesome but she has limited hours.

The male stylist was incredibly rude. As I sat down he said I don’t have any notes on you (asking how I wanted my hair cut). I started to tell him how I wanted it cut and he stopped me mid-sentence. He said, “You don’t need to tell me how to fade”. Whoever manages this location needs to read some reviews here and on yelp and fire this idiot. There are lots of negative reviews.
