I popped my tire, they were able to order my tire and replace it, along with an oil change within 24 hours. They were very accommodating and professional. I will definitely seek them out for future work.

Dropped my 2022 wrx off overnight for an oil change Saturday morning. Oil change and service were fine. My car gets muddy because I work construction, I was wondering why the mud on the door was visibly smudged. Upon closer inspection my drivers side door was clearly scraped against something and now has large scratches on it. Rather than come forward and own up to it, they said nothing probably in hopes I wouldn't notice. It wasn't until I looked closer when I got home that I actually saw the damage. They have no answering machine or way to leave a message and they are closed until Monday. I expect to hear from management about making things right.
