Would have given ZERO Stars if possible. I have rented from Hertz all my life & from places all over US & Europe. But this is the first time I have been refused a car even after having confirmed the booking online. This was on Jan 24, 2025 The lady at the desk wanted to verify I am carrying liability insurance coverage. At that time, I was yet to buy a card & did not have that. But I was willing & ready to buy the insurance coverage from Hertz. But I guess she had already made up her mind not to rent me the vehicle & refused. Ironically I had just returned my rental car to Enterprise & taken a Uber to reach this location. I had to take another cab back to the Enterprise location and rent from there. Really horrible experience at this location & I doubt I will ever rent from Hertz again.

My boyfriend has rented from Hertz before, and this is by far the worst looking one. They also asked for his insurance when he got their full coverage. He has never had to give his insurance before when he's gotten their insurance. As well he marked not having his insurance cover the rental since he paid to have the rental insurance but when he looked at the paperwork again after the lady called him back to ask about his liability he realized they switched it to mark yes when he marked no. This place was sketchy. It had never been annoying or hard to rent a car from Hertz until we came to this place. My boyfriend is too nice and should've stopped the sketchy people. This happened on April 16th. If we didn't need the car , we would've just walked out.

I’m usually a big fan of Hertz, but this has to be one of their worst locations. Most Hertz facilities are newer and more cleanly, and have a great selection of cars. This one lacks in all departments. Wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in, even though there were 3 employees. Waited on one lady to do whatever she was doing on the computer for a solid 5 minutes before being helped. I had everything ready to go so I could get on the road. The deposit was put in incorrectly. I was asked the same questions the insurance company already gave them the info for. Then, I was questioned about a credit card that was clearly mine because it was my maiden name but obviously first name matched. I’m only there because I got hit, not privately renting a car. Clearly a clean cut person just trying to get a rental car and get out. It’s stressful enough having your brand new car get hit, and this was like the icing on the cake. Never once been questioned at any other location and I’ve usually had much better service and a nicer selection of cars. A base model RAV4 is no comparison to a 2024 Honda Ridgeline. I won’t be returning to this location after our vehicle is repaired. DO BETTER HERTZ, should’ve went with enterprise.

I wish I could give them 0 stars .. the app is flawed at best, website doesn’t work and the customer service line is useless .. I will never ever recommend hertz .. enterprise is superior on every level!! Hertz will only make your head hertz!

Car was clean, midsize a nice ride the three days I had it. Was able to leave it at the body shop when I went to pickup my car in Worthington, and the rental was then picked up by Hertz.

We had a very sudden need for a same-day rental car and both employees here were incredibly helpful. Both went above and beyond to make sure our life wasn’t interrupted by losing a car. The entire process was pain-free and easy. Incredible customer service and hardworking staff here. They are lifesavers.

The woman I had pick me up was super friendly and quick with getting me in the rental car. The office is smaller and could use updates but I was there for the car which was what mattered. I cant remember her name but she got me in and out in no time. Very nice.
