I wish I could give them 0 stars .. the app is flawed at best, website doesn’t work and the customer service line is useless .. I will never ever recommend hertz .. enterprise is superior on every level!! Hertz will only make your head hertz!

Car was clean, midsize a nice ride the three days I had it. Was able to leave it at the body shop when I went to pickup my car in Worthington, and the rental was then picked up by Hertz.

We had a very sudden need for a same-day rental car and both employees here were incredibly helpful. Both went above and beyond to make sure our life wasn’t interrupted by losing a car. The entire process was pain-free and easy. Incredible customer service and hardworking staff here. They are lifesavers.

The woman I had pick me up was super friendly and quick with getting me in the rental car. The office is smaller and could use updates but I was there for the car which was what mattered. I cant remember her name but she got me in and out in no time. Very nice.

Selection was low and vehicle was dirty. Returned for an exchange at airport (different Hertz location) and customer service was not friendly at desk. Asked for a slight upgrade due to inconvenience and was told they couldn't. The car was exchanged for a cleaner vehicle but smelled of horrible cigarette smoke. Sorry Hertz....you fell short.

I had to have an unplanned surgery and was unable to turn my car into Hertz. My partner had called the Lewis Center Hertz location and was informed the gas refill would be OK due to the fact that I was the only listed driver of the car and I was still in the hospital. When I got out, I noticed a $82.35 charge on my Visa. My partner called the same number and basically was told tough, too bad. So, he called the Westerville location and they did the the right thing and charged the local rate for gas and refunded the difference. I commend that location for understanding and still able to show human compassion. It was an out of the ordinary situation and they tried to do the best for the customer, me. Thanks again!

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I rented a vehicle to go out of state for a funeral. During the travel, it was pouring down rain and my son was getting soaked in the back seat from the car leaking. I called to be set up with a replacement vehicle on our route. I was advised to go to an airport location to get a replacement. When I got to the airport they didn’t know anything about me arriving but eventually gave me a non-leaking vehicle. After I returned the replacement car to my original rental location, I received a letter in the mail from Hertz accusing me of stealing the car. Once i got them to admit they have the car and I didn’t steal it, THEN I got charged for the replacement car AND the leaky car. Worst of all, the customer service is HORRIBLE. They refuse to fix any of the issues. Guess I’ll be getting an attorney.
