Manager Tony likes to access data he shouldn't be accessing and doing things that he definitely shouldn't be doing. Its crazy how these people don't realize all of their actions on the handhelds are logged and audited

Very friendly and the staff has great Customer service to my experience. I wasn't there a full 1min before Staff offered their assistance. The place is well organized and the staffs hand held devices allows every employee to help customers find what they come to buy and it's exact location

I went early Sunday morning and the store was clean and organized. The associates helped me carry lumber I needed as well as cut it. I am so thankful for their kindness and help! This is a great store.

They offer free kids workshops every month! It is very organized. The tables are set up under the drive thru and they have tools all set out and ready to go. Each kid gets an apron and a kit. I’d recommend ages 3-4+.

Poor service, Home Depot isn’t getting any better at returns conflicting every contractor who doesn’t have an original receipt because a new card was issues. Fix your problem!

Not the best, had the worst customer service experience ever. To the point they offered $300 back, and I refused. Wondering why? I had a $10K plus order that was a nightmare, from injured son, inaccurate measurement, missed measurements, and then delayed service. They pulled the old carpet and were supposed to install the new one immediately, but due to wrong measurements, they couldn't. So they left exposed nails, and my 6 year old was injured from them. One day, it took several weeks to complete. We also had guests invited for a house warning that we had to cancel at the last minute. They have several maagers, and each time you called or went there in person, you had to start your store over. They rarely called back when you called. The customer service gave a major run around. Overall, it was a terrible place for customer experience or service.

I went all the way to the register and asked for sometime to be sent to the aisle I was at to use the forklift. She said ok. I went back and waited ten minutes-nothing. I walked back and asked her if anybody was coming. She said she called, but all the product is out -i told her I told you I needed the product from the shelf. I left. This store is always short staffed. I knew to go to Cleveland Ave.

Poor door install!Recently had a storm door installed from Home Depot. The installer attached it to rotten wood without letting me know that the wood was soft. The door wasn’t closing properly so the installer bent the door while using his legs and arm. I have since hired someone to remove the door and install new wood. The door is permanently bent from the Home Depot installer. I have contacted HD, but no help from them.

I have always been happy with the customer service at this store, but today was an especially good day. The manager of the store, Ryan, helped me by loading the heavy bags of mulch and dirt into my trolley, as well as loading the bags into my car. I didn't realize until later that this was the manager, as the cashier told me. She said that he was the best manager she had worked with, and I believe it. Ryan apparently walks the walk, and talks the talk.

The older man with white hair was totally rude. He sighed and mocked me. When I showed him the part I was looking for, he said, "what am I supposed to do with that?" After a few minutes of him belittling me I found a manager and explained what happened and left.I should have just gone to Roush to start with.Today as it so busy with the snow.

I recently bought a new washing machine from this store. Our sales person, Feeney, was very helpful and had amazing product knowledge. After our purchase, we experienced some difficulty with our delivery/setup person. We contacted the store afterword about the problem, and the assistant store manager, Drey Webster, and Feeney were very concerned, responsive, and able to help get the problem worked out immediately. Excellent customer service! I'll be buying all my appliances from this store from now on.
