My husband, myself & our 6 year old were in this evening. We recently bought our 1st home and every wall inside is a different, outrageous color! We are so eager to tackle that. But needed some expert advice. Julia in the paint department was BEYOND helpful & and gave the absolute BEST customer service. She was sweet & fun, she really loves her job and enjoys giving advice and sharing her paint knowledge. She definitely saved me from color regret decision.

With each recent visit, I've had to track down the help. I typically find the personnel gathered in a huddle discussing what ever in various location's of the store. After asking for help, I am just directed to the isle. I had to beg for assistance, literally. What happen to this store? The employees used to care... I will not be returning to this location.Services: Tile work installation

I was so excited to go to pick at floors and counters here. Took a couple hours off of work to go in and get the process started on a week day.Apparently there is a 'counter guy' and that guy is different than the 'flooring guy' and after waiting for an hour, we got a counter guy to tell us we had to go home and do our own measurements and come back. That starts the process. Keep in mind this was day one of the sale on the countertops that we wanted. They didn't know that but we told them and then they flipped the sign to show there was a sale.So we went over and measured our counters and then went back the next day... No counter person to talk to. Then we called, no phone call back. We called the next day, no phone call back. We finally were able to send them pictures of the measurements so that they could give us a quote and start the process before the sale ends. We were promised a call back, no problem. We went back in one more time and guess what wasn't there... A person who could help us with counters.Spoiler alert- we never got a call back during the sale period for the counters. Or at all. This was the single worst experience trying to spend money we have ever had. No one can convince me that using this Home Depot for work in your house results in anything good.

This home depot has always gone above and beyond for us. Customer service is good. The store manager actually helped me with something himself and didn't push me off on a floor person. I highly recommend!

This is one of the most unsafe places I have been in the past six weeks. Only one employee wearing a mask. No employees wearing gloves. 6 foot rule not being obeyed by employees or enforced upon customers. This place should be shut down. Don’t go here, totally unsafe.

Two months ago I was ready to purchase a washer, and couldn't find anyone willing to take my money. Lowes was glad to help. I just tried to have about $500 worth of goods delivered. They called my the day of my delivery to tell me it had been put on the wrong truck, and told me it would be delivered the next day. The next day there was still no delivery. I called the following day and they told me it was delivered because due to failure to receive. I was home all day and never received any calls. I was told it would be delivered in a couple days. It was no surprise when I didn't get any call today and they failed to deliver. I guess they don't really need my business. Time to call Lowes again.

If I could leave a 0 star review for customer service, I would. My advice? If you want to update your home and get great products quickly with great customer service, use either Build.com or Houzz.com. Purchased a ceiling fan with a remote. It was a vaulted ceiling installation, so I had a contractor install it. After 3 guys wrestled with it for an extra day, ($$$$$) it was determined that the receiver was not working properly. Our contractor left the fan installed, and said to just take the receiver and remote to the store and they could just switch those parts out from another box. He said they do this all the time for contractors. Apparently not for the average customer, though! My husband spent wayyyyy too long there, talking up the chain of retail command, to come out with 2 solutions: 1) take down the fan and exchange the whole thing or 2) contact the manufacturer for a replacement part. Guess who the manufacturer is??? Yep! Home Depot. In 3 to 7 business days, we may have a fully functioning $230 ceiling fan.

I went into this Home Depot yesterday and the gentleman that was in the paint dept was so kind and patient. i needed seven diff colors and all in the sample size and he didnt mind one bit. answered all questions and made me feel important. I usually get the opposite when i go into hardware stores. I hope he gets acknowledged for this

Pretty standard Home Depot. I'm not a big fan, but sometimes they are handy, like today. I needed some garden stuff, and had to ask for help finding thing a couple of times. Both times the staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Checkout was easy. Huge selection.

Great staff that's friendly and helpful. Well organized and clean store. Parking lot is a little cramped and traffic is a struggle due to so many other stores so close.

We are just now leaving and I just had to write how great our experience was. My mother and I went to get paint for her bakery and Matt in the paint aisle was ready to help us with anything and everything! I can't remember the other gentleman's name but they were a great help and made everything so easy. I hope to run in to them again!

Bait and switch......I purchase a Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot. I relied on the sales person Patrick to provide me with accurate information about my washer and dryer. I told him I wanted the washer and dryer that could provide cycle status, schedule cycle, etc via my phone. He told me the following:

Asked a customer service rep for assistance, he attempted to help me locate desired item but them took a personal phone call (YES, it was obviously personal) and we finally left after he continued his call instead of returning to help me. Lost a possible sale. Going to Amazon to find it I yí»yy. I

The lady running the self checkout did try to summon help for me. The worker came and promptly helped a couple that wandered into the section. Got it, I'll wait. But then the man leaves, not to be found again. I go to seek help. No less than five employees avert their eyes as I try to get their attention. Message received. "If we ignore the customer, then they will stop bothering us."
