Richard is not good at communicating he never read my email! And he dose not work with your schedule he kept asking me if I can come in and I can’t even drive as he saw on my identification card 🤦🏼♀️ so I kept telling him I can’t come in my mom is at work, so I booked with another person here hopefully he’s better at his job

I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for my Appointment. I scheduled my appointment AT 3PM AND I wasn't seen until 4:15 pm. Then I was promised a discount off my fee and was then told that he couldn't take the discount off, so I had to pay the full fee for sitting there for almost two and a half hours! I had gotten there early even for my appointment.

Just filed my taxes with H&R Block for the first time, and I don't know why I've been trying to do it myself for all these years. Keith filed everything for me and it only took an hour and a half. I had tons of paperwork due to being a freelancer, and this made it so easy! He also found me a $500 deduction for my federal taxes. Well worth it!

this was my first time filing my taxes so I was confused about a lot of things. I came here for help since I’ve never done this before & the tax pro I had, Matthew, was very passive aggressive & made me feel really dumb/slow. It felt like I wasting his time.
