Do NOT go here. I had my taxes done here and the tax preparer missed adding a sale of stock to my tax documents and got a notice from the Irs a year later that I owed a few thousand. Well luckily the tax person I dealt with mentioned that I signed up for Peace of Mind, which reimburses any errors the agents make up to 6k. I thought that was great and dodged a bullet on that one. Now I hear they are back and forth denying it with very little I information in the Kansas City office that reviews this after approving it already and I was told all my paperwork was in order, so they are playing games with me. Save yourself the headache and money, do them yourself through TurboTax, like I finally did this year, or find someone reputable. This company is shady now.

I have ignored multiple calls from h and r block. So today I get a text that they have made an appointment. I didn't ask for one. I'm a grown adult and capable of making my own appt when and with whom I want. So tired of hard sell.

The associate said I was getting back 9,000 after she finished my taxes. But I only got 3,000 when it came. Also, my son (19) heard the elderly man (the manager) at that time I presume, talking bad about us while he was waiting. I will never do business with them again.
