"Respect Matters: A Customer Deserves More at Huntington"On Febuary 9th. 2024 between 12:30 and 1pm I visited to withdraw $10 for an emergency. I visited this branch that had some of the poorest customer service ive encountered at a branch.• "After waiting 15 minutes with no tellers available, I was finally called. I apologized for not having my wallet but offered to verify my identity in any way possible."• "Instead of attempting verification, the employee abruptly refused to help, displaying an aggravated tone and raising his voice in the process."• "Feeling dismissed and disrespected, I requested a branch manager, but was informed none were available until the next day."• "Being denied assistance without even asking my name was deeply concerning. It raised questions about whether I received equal treatment compared to other customers."• "As a loyal customer with multiple accounts (8 to be exact), I expect a minimum level of respect and effort to resolve issues."• "I urge the bank to address these concerns and ensure all customers receive respectful and professional service, regardless of circumstance."• "Consider providing diversity training for staff as mentioned by another reviewer to promote understanding and prevent similar incidents. I truly hate to say this felt discriminatory, but I must be honest it did"• I called two separate branches to see how they would have handled the situation and they mentioned verifying through phone numbers or codes, I believe similar approaches could have been attempted here." As I asked over 3 times with my phone in my hand. And how they can give enough money to get an id.• "Offering basic identification assistance, like covering a small amount for official ID acquisition, would demonstrate better customer care in difficult situations."

I’ve been banking here for many years. In this particular branch I’ve always received the best customer service. Matthew is very knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t live close to this location anymore but I still travel to Westerville because I trust this branch the most.

Today, December 19, 2023.. Horrible Customer Service and starts with Branch Mgr.Steven H. Staff needs training on customer diversity and sensitivity.. their discussion of your banking transactions are loud.. unprofessional. I will be writing Corp.

Good people work here. I bank with Huntington in a different part of the city but I receive unbelievable courtesy and consideration every time I visit this particular location. The customer service provided here is the sort of customer service that people wish they still received as a given.

The Branch Manager of this location, Steven, made opening a bank account so easy. He’s so efficient and knowledgeable about what Huntington has to offer their customers.

We are from Texas and bought an RV well Huntington picked up the loan. Now I’m trying to sell the RV and they refuse to even talk to the persons bank that wants to pay it off I’m 45 and have bought and sold many many vehicles with bank to bank transactions. This has to be the worst experience with a bank we have ever had the customer service is just rude and say sorry there is nothing we can do. She literally said how do I know they are a real bank when they call lol. I said they are sending you a wire transfer have you not done any actual banking before. So I’m sending them $17,600 out of my pocket to get my tittle they will not get another dime of interest from me.

I visited the new Maxtown location in Westerville. ROB KINNEY is the MOST unbelievable human on earth. I had an urgent need for checks copies for my tax records that are due this Thursday, and I could not find anyone to help me. He sat with me for a long period of time helping me get the exact information that I needed. He is an EXCEPTIONAL human being. In my entire life I have never witnessed such kindness and empathy. He did not have to help me but he chose to. THANK YOU ROB!!!! GOD BLESS!

My husband and I went in to open some checking accounts and a savings account. First of all we called to make an appointment and the guy on the phone did not tell us that we needed another form of identification or proof of address. The lady that we met with was very rude, since we looked young. The whole appointment it was implied that we were too young for about anything. It was a very frustrating experience all around and not professional whatsoever.
