I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from everyone at invisible fence from the first phone call to set up an estimate to our last training session. The trainers were very professional, friendly and answered every question we had. All the trainers give out their personal numbers if you have any questions after the leave. Would definitely recommend invisible fence to everyone.Service: Dog fence installation

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against invisible fence regarding the lack of acknowledgement and fulfillment of my lifetime warranty for the battery and the unresponsiveness and unhelpful customer service I have received.On 6/6/2023.I purchased an invisible fence system from invisible fence, which included a clearly stated lifetime warranty for the battery and support for upgrading the system's application. Unfortunately, when I recently called today 6/6/23 their customer service department to utilize the warranty , I was informed that they have no record of my contract or the existence of a warranty for my purchased system.I find this situation highly concerning and unacceptable. I have diligently maintained my records, including the original purchase receipt and documentation of the warranty terms, which clearly state that the battery is covered for the lifetime of the product. Furthermore, the promised ability to upgrade the application was a key factor in my decision to choose this company over their competitors.Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter with their customer service representatives, I have been met with dismissive responses and unhelpful suggestions, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by invisible fence company at main headquarters. Their lack of effort to rectify this situation is not only a breach of trust but also a violation of the warranty agreement and a failure to fulfill their obligations as a reputable company.I believe that they should be held accountable for their misleading claims and their failure to honor the warranty agreement. I kindly request your assistance in mediating this dispute and seeking a resolution that upholds the terms of the warranty and compensates me for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced.The resolution I am seeking includes:1 Confirmation of the lifetime warranty for the battery and acknowledgment of the application upgrade guarantee, as stated in the original contract and warranty documentation.2 Prompt replacement of the defective battery at no cost to me.3 Fulfillment of the promised application upgrade, enabling me to fully utilize the system's features.4 An apology from for the inconvenience, confusion, and lack of responsiveness throughout this process.I will provide purchase receipt and warranty agreement, for your reference. Please let me know if there is any additional information or documentation needed to support my complaint.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will thoroughly investigate this matter and work diligently to reach a fair resolution. We have used Invisible Fence since 2019 and moved 3 times. Each time, the move was easy and if there were any issues, they came out right away to fix it.This last installation, they had a personnel mishap in the middle of the appointment. TJ Settles came out right away to address it and was extremely professional. The manager also called to ensure everything was taken care of.

The product is fine. Installation of the fence did not go where I specified. I dealt with it because it is in and underground. Overall I'm satisfied. Greensky Financing is not. I caught them having given me the WRONG payment number to make sure that I payed off my loan before the 25% interest kicked in! Fortunately I just caught it and made appropriate changes. We have had our invisible fence system for 3 weeks as of today. My husband and I are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with our service. 1) They rescheduled the install at 8AM the day of 2) Next week should be our last scheduled training (we have already had to extend this another week because the tech told us we did not get proper training the first week) 3) Our control panel was not even installed until today (week 3) 4) In 3 weeks of training we have seen trainers for less than an hour combined. The first week lasted approx. 5 min, week 2 15-20, and today our trainer was here for 10 minutes, the time it took to walk one lap around our yard. 5) We have a corgi, who naturally has a thick double coat. We have had problems with EVERY trainer getting the collar appropriately on her, and nobody has given us a solution for consistent proper placement. When trying to do training I do not believe she is even getting a shock because its not going through her hair. Today after the trainer left I took her outside again to practice. When our dog crossed the boundary with me she yelped very loudly, wined and began to roll around, as she had no idea what was happening--we had to quickly physically bring her back in. After this I removed the collar from her and tested it for myself and it was enough of a shock to make me instantly throw from my hands--it hurt me. I believe the trainers are simply turning the shock level up but she is having no reaction because it isn't going through her hair. When she occasionally does get a shock it is MUCH too strong for her and she doesn't know how to react. 6) Now my dog will not leave my side and is jumping at every noise in the house. This is not sustainable behavior and I am beyond disappointed in the minimal training we have received. Would NEVER recommend this service and their "Professional Trainers" to anybody **My husband and I are currently seeking a refund from this company, will update**

Matt Sampson and Charley did an excellent job. They were very friendly and worked well with my three dogs of various stages of life. I would highly recommend them for the professionalism and quality of their service. We are excited to have the Invisible fence to keep our dogs safe. Thanks Matt and Charley!

I would highly not recommend. We waited months for the install and they cancelled the day of. After complaining we were finally able to get the install completed. Per the install tech we were supposed to receive training the following two Saturday's and both were no shows. Nice people but entirely undependable.

My dog used to be outside all day and loved following us around. Now she stays right by the house or won’t go out. The system does not give a tonal warning it just shocks her immediately when she nears a line. She is smart so now she stays away. Effective at keeping her in I guess if you want a dog to stay inside all day. I’m turning this off.

I've been a customer for over 15 years and have always been very satisfied. Recently, our family adopted a new puppy and Jen was our Invisible Fence trainer. She was absolutely amazing, always very encouraging in every training session and full of positive reinforcement for our puppy. Highly recommend this franchise and Jen as a trainer!

I bought a new house that had an invisible fence already installed. However, we had a real fence at our old house before we moved, so my black lab was very confused. I had them come out and make sure the system worked and paid for three training sessions. Jennifer was great and my dog loved her. My dog is now almost completely trained! I highly recommend!

Sam was great! Very knowledgeable and eased all my fears about getting an invisible fence installed.Would highly recommend an invisible fence to anyone who wants their dog more fun and freedom to run around in their yard.We had long chains, but our dog now has SO MUCH more energy and enthusiasm now that she has the whole yard to roam!

Install was quick and non-intrusive. Justin did a great job of explaining the system to us. Training was effective and Sadie loved Sam and was super responsive to him. Sam taught us so much about the system and how to support Sadie as she gets used to it. We cannot be happier.
