Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Don’t bother calling to get a refill, they will act like you are wasting their time by making them do their job. No professionalism what so ever.

They cannot keep track of refills to save their lives. Remaining refills just seem to disappear FREQUENTLY. I have to get in touch with my doctor nearly every month because they can’t keep track of refills

Handling medications in the most unsafe and weird way I think they forgot what they studied at the college. A lady was handling my infants antibiotics without using gloves. She opened the bottle using a scissors that was on the counter and she put it back there wen she was done. Are there no inspctions by the state to check this pharmacy I see a lot of negative comments. I hope I can change to CVS

The pharmacist and the lady who helped me was great. I had problems with my insurance and I was going through some things with losing all my debit cards. They helped me with getting what I needed for a couple days until I can get everything done I needed to. Thx guys it was a big help.

This is the worst pharmacy ever their costumer service is not even 1 star it deserves 0. If you are planning on getting your medication same day don’t use them!

Hours are inconvenient. The service is inconsistent. My doctor used to send a note for my meds and they would be started right away. But now apparently I have to call and tell them to start it? I don't get it.

This pharmacy takes forever to fill your prescription. Theres a lady that works the walk up window who’s extremely rude. A lot of their staff is rude. And they’re always running out of medications. If I could give negative stars I would.

5 days to wait for script, wait, now schrock rd states it has no idea about script in question. This pharmacy often falls short of a customer service quality one expects from kroger. I advise use of a different kroger pharmacy for life sustaining medications.

I called on 04/06/2023 and Sally said my Rx was out of stock. I asked her to check the local stores to see if anyone had it, and she said "Well, we all get it from the same place, so they are out too." I told her that last time they checked, and it was in stock an another store. She said "Well then you'll just have to call them and see if it is in stock." I asked to speak with the manager, and she left me on hold forever. So I called another store, they checked the network on their computer, and it was in stock an a store less than 10 minutes away.Sally should not be in healthcare. People who just don't care would be in an industry that just doesn't matter.

TERRIBLE! Always RUDE. Ryan, the pharmacist, and STACY the tech both lied about me not having medication to pick up there. Always SLOW, RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. IT'S A WONDER RYAN IS SMART ENOUGH TO BE A PHARMACIST, WHEN LEWIS CENTER KROGER PHARMACY CLEARLY SAID THAT I HAD A REFILL ON MY MEDICATION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will be contacting CORPORATE OFFICE. What a joke.
