They asked us to wait at the drive through to order and forgot about us while the other window served 5 cars. We tried to get the attention of the worker multiple times, and we were just ignored. Finally gave up and drove off after having already waited several minutes just to order.

There’s a half dozen mcds within a 3 mile radius and this one consistently has the worst fries, slowest drive thru, and will never miss a chance to charge you for sauce… every one of them . Can you please try to be better?

Pretty much kiosk only. Don't expect interaction with live staff. Luckily, order was correct. No ink in receipt printer so just counted on hearing our order since we didn't know our number. Also surprised that adding mayo to our burger adds $.30! Removed all other condiments and cheese, so, wow.

The fish sandwich I had the cheese was laying in the bottom of the box the tartar sauce was so heavy it ran off the bun. A cleaning crew cleaning what appeared to be the ceiling fans so you got a good blast of dust with the meal. Good luck with

I want to take the time to acknowledge Andre at the 905 N state street Westerville Ohio location. This gentlemen went out of his way for us today. My son is 7 years old, non verbal, autistic, and will only eat McDonald’s French fries or crispy things like chips, it’s absolutely frustrating when your child is so picky and has a disability or can tell me what he wants to eat. Anyways, I ran through McDonald’s to get my son some French fries I had no clue McDonald’s didn’t serve fries all day, it was around 10:15am I ordered a large fry and a guy told me they didn’t serve fries and I said oh no, my son is going to freak because he knows McDonald’s and if I don’t leave with fries he’s going to be very confused which can lead to a tantrum and he’s non verbal so he just wouldn’t understand. That’s when I heard another gentlemen get on the mic and he said he would personally make the fries for my son. That might seem little to someone else , but for us that’s huge! My son barely eats anything and Andre didn’t have to do what he did , because of him he made our day so much smoother and my son got to eat before school.I own a buisness and when you have an employee that makes a difference in someone’s life you want to value them as an employee , he wasn’t getting anything out of this, he didn’t have to do what he did and maybe some of you don’t understand how big this is when you have a child with autism but it’s huge. We went through the drive through as well so for him to go out of his way and make the fries for us, I can’t describe my gratuity. I want to do something nice for someone today so they can feel how that young man made me feel. Value your employees, they are hard to come by. Thank you so much for your service, I’ll never forget that young man.Kid-friendliness: So kind to go out of the way for my son. Gave my son a kids meal toy with his fries , made my sons day. Thank you so much Andre.

What can I say that hasn't already been said.Breakfast is always enjoyable, the rest of it is hit-or-miss with quality.Staff can be rushed and make mistakes so check your orders before leaving the window.

This is the Starbucks closest to my home. About 2 to 3 times a month. I roll through here for breakfast in the morning with my son, as I take him to school. I have had an order here or there incorrect in the past but nothing that has caused me to get online and post a complaint.This morning, we ordered two sandwiches that came with two hashbrowns and drinks. The sandwiches were wrong, but we were already around the corner driving towards my sons school and we did not have time to turn around to get the sandwiches corrected. I left one of them in the bag and asked my son if he would like to try/attempt to eat his sandwich - since we didn't have time to grab some thing else before school started. He ate the sandwich buns, took the egg off and did not eat all of the bacon (because he wanted/prefers sausage).Once he got out of the car to go to school, I took what was left over back to this McDonald's and walked into the store to explain that my sandwiches were wrong, and I would like them remade. Because one of the sandwiches was basically eaten they refused to remake the second sandwich. I explained that we didn't have time to turn around and my son needed to eat some thing, but I got the line " that's our store policy".I had the gal at the counter call up her manager, his name is Andre, so she could discuss it with him. I asked to speak to him, but he did not want to speak to me, and she also called him on her personal cell phone. I told her she should've called him on a company phone and that he should not be so scared to talk to customers.They remade my sandwich. I got the store number, 17683, and called McDonald's customer service to complain.Always, always check your bag for accuracy when you go through the drive-through at this location. Sit at the window for as long as it takes and check all of your food to make sure it is what you ordered. The staff is plenty nice, but they obviously lack leadership, and guidance on how to handle customer situations the correct way. They handed me the wrong food. They should've remade BOTH of the sandwiches and apologized, and I got neither of those.A complete disappointment and just sad that a place as lovely as Westerville has to deal with a McDonalds this unsatisfactory. I will not return to this location and I really hope that the complaint that I lodged with corporate makes it back to Andre.

Your workers are rude as hell. There’s one nice person that works at this location and it’s the third shift lady. How is the worst shift worker the nicest even when she’s getting slammed working the entire restaurant by herself ???
