The workers at the Meijer pharmacy are always so kind and quick to help. I rarely have any issues. And when I do have issues it's based on a drug not being available or something like that it's not their fault.

This Meijer Pharmacy gets 5 stars because of Nihah! She has been awesome on my past 2 visits. Her customer service is top notch and she handles pharmacy needs with efficiency, humor, and a smile! Great experience both times, thank you Nihah!

Transferred my prescriptions here from another pharmacy, because it was closer. I went to pick my medication at the drive thru and was not made aware that they filled two prescriptions, when I only called in for one. The technician on the phone, when I had called about getting my singular prescription filled, told me that he could switch it from 30 day to 90 days (because I had been receiving 90 days from my previous pharmacy). I get there to find that they filled two prescriptions and gave me 30 days worth of my other medication. The 30 days was $15, which was what I was paying at my other pharmacy for 90 days worth. I called the pharmacy and they proceed to tell me that my insurance doesn't cover 90 days, like I was supposed to know that. They gave me no alternatives and said that I cannot have a refund for the medication. Don't refill multiple prescriptions when they aren't needed. That means that I'm stuck with a shorter supply and an extra bottle of medication that I do not need currently.

Love Meijers! Love their groceries and Pharmacy so much! Pharmacy staff is so friendly and helpful and their prices are great. Being older we order our groceries and pick them up and again the staff that helps us are always ready to serve and pleasant.

I have been using this pharmacy for at least 10 years and have never had any issues, until recently. The pharmacists are great, however the technician's have the worst customer service. Today was the 2nd time in 2 months I have had bad service. The technician accused me of trying to fill my meds early and why would I do that if I just had them filled. I tried to explain that all week I had been getting text messages to refill (something that has never happened as I am on auto refill). When I confronted her on how she was talking to me, she said nothing and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the pharmacist and she was able to identify that there had been a flaw in the system and fixed everything for me. That simple. There was no need for the technician to respond the way she did. Next time I will be transferring to another pharmacy.

If I could give this Pharmacy zero stars I would. The Pharmacy Techs are absolutely horrible and have terrible attitudes. This Pharmacy needs a complete overhaul in staff (the actual Pharmacists have always been kind). Go somewhere else, anywhere else and definitely complain to Headquarters when you have your bad experience because you will definitely be having one.

Just switched from CVS and immediately am glad I did. Stephanie, one of the pharmacists is wonderful and the ability to pre-check out/pay on your phone is a great option!
