Love Meijers! Love their groceries and Pharmacy so much! Pharmacy staff is so friendly and helpful and their prices are great. Being older we order our groceries and pick them up and again the staff that helps us are always ready to serve and pleasant.

I have been using this pharmacy for at least 10 years and have never had any issues, until recently. The pharmacists are great, however the technician's have the worst customer service. Today was the 2nd time in 2 months I have had bad service. The technician accused me of trying to fill my meds early and why would I do that if I just had them filled. I tried to explain that all week I had been getting text messages to refill (something that has never happened as I am on auto refill). When I confronted her on how she was talking to me, she said nothing and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the pharmacist and she was able to identify that there had been a flaw in the system and fixed everything for me. That simple. There was no need for the technician to respond the way she did. Next time I will be transferring to another pharmacy.

If I could give this Pharmacy zero stars I would. The Pharmacy Techs are absolutely horrible and have terrible attitudes. This Pharmacy needs a complete overhaul in staff (the actual Pharmacists have always been kind). Go somewhere else, anywhere else and definitely complain to Headquarters when you have your bad experience because you will definitely be having one.

Just switched from CVS and immediately am glad I did. Stephanie, one of the pharmacists is wonderful and the ability to pre-check out/pay on your phone is a great option!

First let me say that I will not be using this pharmacy again and will be emailing Hank and Peter Meijer as I have worked with them before and know this is unacceptable in their eyes.Short story: I have used this pharmacy regularly for a few years now and it's been pleasant until theseblast couple visits.4/6: called in a refill as I was out, something came up and I didn't make it to the pharmacy until 4/7.4/7: we can't fill this bc we gave you a 90 day supply on 3/7. I'm puzzled but let me go home to the bottle and see what I've done.Bottle says 90 days, but it's a small bottle so I call only to be told it was a 90 day supply so they can't do anything. I call my doctor who sends a new script on 4/8.4/8: I call to be told they can't fill a new script bc I had a 90 day supply dispensed in March. Guys I'm talking about thyroid medicine, not narcotics! I firmly said there's clearly been a breakdown somewhere and I need my script filled. I said it was ironic that I ran out right at 30 days so I am not confident you guys have me what you're telling me. She said the pharmacy doesn't make mustakes.I beg to differ that yes you do because I ran out at exactly 30 days and now I'm 2 days without a script and no offered resolve.She finally did that they could fill it and just not run it thru insurance using a discount program. Ok thank you for the resolution. I'm not worried about $10 but I am upset with this experience and the fact you billed my insurance in March for a 90 days supply but that's not what I received.Check your scripts before you leave if you choose to use this pharmacy.

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 20 years and never have been treated as rudely as I was today. I had refills that were supposed to be done at 2pm along with other perscriptions that were ready to be picked up. I was in the store at 11 am and asked if I could get the 2pm prescriptions early. Without even looking up the account information, this young employee's response was "the time of 2pm was put on there because we just received those prescriptions and they have not been processed yet." The tone of this statement was rude and condescending. I told her "I am sorry I do not know the interworkings of the pharmacy". I merely asked if I could pick them up early which I have done numerous times before. The employee's response should have been first to look up my account and then given me a rsponse such as "I am sorry but we cannot get it processed until 2:00" and then I would have been on my way. Perhaps this young employee needs some customer service classes since she is working with the public and it is part of her job.

The staff at this location are great. They were able to deliver my medication same day to my work while I purchased over the phone. Would recommend if you are in the Westerville area.

Awesome pharmacy. I moved to Columbus and still go well out of my way to come to this pharmacy. My prescriptions are always ready on time and the staff is very pleasant to deal with (especially Summer, the pharmacy tech who typically helps me). Oh I almost forgot. The CVS + Kroger nearby suck. That is all.

I looked up the phone number and saw that they only have 3 stars and that surprised me. I’ve dealt with this pharmacy for a year now and I find them to be very polite & very accommodating I even moved and still use them because they’re trust worthy. I only know the name of John but all of the women and men who I’ve encountered here are polite and efficient from my experience.

Most of the time thing goes smoothly. Today I was very disappointed with the service. My script was not ready which I understood because my doctor had only called it in a couple hours prior. What disappointed me was the pharmacist telling me that they could take care of that and quickly walked away to her station without telling me how long it would take. So I assumed she was filling my script right then so I stood there for a short time and then decided to sit and wait. Well I sat for over a half an hour thinking how long does it take to fill a script. Then she started helping other customers. I was discouraged and left. If it was going to take over a half an hour I really wish she would have informed me of that so I could do some other shopping.
