We have a bus shelter on the property we bought nearly 3 years ago. We were told to contact the company to get a new contract for the shelter in our name. We have called numerous times over a three year spans, no answer. Finally we started to just call any extension and leave voicemails on each extension— no returned call!! Finally we got someone to answer he let me know someone would be reaching out to us— it’s been over 3 months and I have yet to hear from anyone. It’s so weird to me that a business wouldn’t reach back out to a customer, let alone someone who has a building on their property. Since the company won’t reach out to me via phone, maybe this will help reach someone.

I work the front at TireChoice in Worthington, and not only did Caleb do an excellent job fixing the lighting in our large main sign, but furthermore, he stopped in *on his own time* and asked if he could make some further minor improvements to it *AT NO CHARGE TO US* since he had his truck with him atm anyway.
We thought it looked great the first time he did it, but its even brighter and clearer now after he tweaked it. He also made some excellent recommendations, and was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
